| To be fair, the beachball goal, the association of referees, or whatever they are called, came out and said it should never have been given, where as for this goal they came out and said it was legitimate. | |

| Thats because the beachball goal is set in stone, the rules are in black and white, for this goal its just typical referee associations backing their guy when there is no black and white answer | |

Is that the Liverpool Reina? I doubt he'd leave to be honest he signed a new 5 year deal last year and was tipped by Gerrard to be the future club captain.

| Arsenal could do a lot worse than look at Artur Boruc over in Italy right now, from 2005-2008 for me he was one of the top 5 keepers in Europe, but after Euro 2008 he let himself go big time, he was nominated for World Player of the Year when he was at Celtic, how many SPL players get that kind of recognition let alone a goalkeeper
Anyway, he went to Fiorentina in the Summer and Sebastian Frey was meant to be leaving but he stayed and Boruc hasn't had a game, he wants out in January, also, Boruc has dropped 3 stone in weight since he left Celtic, I saw a photo of him the other day and he looks back to his peak weight, best he has looked in about 3 years, he is a top goalkeeper although his last 18 months at Celtic where not great, but he was well overweight, if the Arsenal can get him they will have a top top goalkeeper

| Macheda and an utterly pathetic Owen upfront, Anderson who played his first game in about a year on wednesday starting again and O'Shea at fucking left back.
We were shocking, sunderland should of put us away after 45mins, too many points dropped already.

We were shocking, sunderland should of put us away after 45mins, too many points dropped already. We didn't have that many chances tbh. only 2 that i can remember. Zenden hit the post and Malbrangue should of scored. #we dominated possecion in the 1st half, you's played better in the second half. a draw was probably the right result. Man utd, Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal. 6 points from them 4 games. I'm happy with that.

| I'm surprised you think a point was a fair result tbh, in terms of effort and possession then you deserved the win.
When you have SAF saying he is happy with the point, you know we got out of jail.

When you have SAF saying he is happy with the point, you know we got out of jail. It was an odd selection. Not to sound a dickhead but on home form alone we are top 6 I reckon, just away we are utterly shite. If we play 5 in midfield (which was kinda inevitable against Man U then it takes a massive effort to beat us, that Man U side was pretty weak but I suppose Valencia mid-week didn't help. Also, d'you know how much tickets for Man U/Valencia will be? And how easy it is to get there from the city centre?

| Vicious prices like, still gonna have to go just for the experience like, went to City the other night for the Juve match and that was £25 I think, not too bad. Didn't realise it was that far away either, that's like the distance from Sunderland to Newcastle . | |
