Hopefully that will kick start our season properly, I can understand why we went more negative in the second half, if we had continued to attack Drogba could have got us.

Torres has been improving all season, and seems to be back at his very best, which is excellent.

Roy still needs to improve the squad in January, I don't think our first team is very weak, not as strong as it has been, but I think he only needs one or two signings to turn us into a much better squad.

Liverpool will win the leauge next season, no doubt about it..........

Anyways.

Can't say I'm looking forward to the derby to be honest, I know Citeh haven't been that great lately, but we have been super shite(although getting results somehow).

i could see a stupid result like 4-0 to someone tonight, and tbh it could go that extreme either way i think.

dont know if utd have that many goals in them these days though.

Agreed.

We have been asking for a hammering for weeks with the way we have been playing, I just hope it doesn't come tonight. We don't have the fire power to get back into games if teams start taking the chances we keep letting them have.

I'm thinking it will be a close game with not many goals. 1-0 City I think. It will be an intresting game indeed

80% of utd performances are that. 2 arguments, its hard to do much else when teams park the bus, or utd dont really try to entertain like they used to so are content to keep the ball between the defensive players for long periods.

Only just woke up after that game put me into such a deep sleep. Citeh bottled it, we have been there for the taking and they set up no to lose. Wolves had more ambition than they did.

But still I can always rely on the dippers to brighten my day.

Not that bothered about the Wigan result, I'm sure Wigan beat Chelsea last season, they are a very weird team to play against as they go from being really good, to terrible.

didnt say he wouldnt, good finish. Couple more and maybe you can say he is back. Media going over the top with praise after 6 months of slating, surprise surprise.

yeah going to the wc whilst still clearly injured wouldnt have helped with his confidence, and then with our overeliance on him only added to the pressure, hes never really been out of form, he got 18 goals for us in 22 league games last season, which any striker would be proud of, never mind one that had niggling injuries all season

they also beat us last season from what i was fuming about we were 2-0 up and with 6mins left they came back and won 3-2

Roy hasn't got a clue sometimes. 5 CMs and 6 CBs in the squad today, far too defensive, and he changes nothing until it is too late. The worst part is that we can't even say we didn't deserve to lose as we were spectactuarly poor out there.

So that's a draw with us(that should of been a win imo), Liverpool an arsenal, a win over Citeh and a 3 - 0 win against the Chavs at Stamford bridge.

So would either Disco/macks trade this result for the hammering against Newcastle??
