I know I know its a bit of an ask from the WWE and the actual wrestler who would play it, I just think its something that could be insanely over (as a heel obviously taking th piss out o

)

The WWE could hire legal age divas who look youngish and he could entice them into his 'ring' he could hand out candy and gum to the fans around ringside as well

(I'm pissing myself laughing as I write this but its a genuine question)

I think if Vince hired Jay Lethal and let him do his Savage impression in his currant gimmick it would be insanely hilarious, world champion material

It all makes sense now, why else would Vince want the WWE to go all kid friendly?

The reason for the timing is because my first recolection of seeing Shane was at WrestleMania 8 when he came out as apart of the backroom staff during the Savage Flair match
