Not harsh at all, Green is the worst of the three of them, the defence without Rio and now King will be shiting themsleves as it is without having someone who has been known for errors this season playing behind them, I'd have started with Hart but I could see the sense if he opts for James

harts inexperience would be a plus i think, know no fear, just play his no nonsense game. England keepers make bad decisions cos they think too much and worry, i dont think hart would have the fear.
