we have one or two loans lined up from the Prem. Davis has said one is pretty much guaranteed to come, it just depends if if he takes part in the pre season with the Prem club. I can only imagine that will be a former Crewe academy player. Possibley at Liverpool and called Dan Smith. But i'd take Powell back if he feels homesick too.

Ander Herrera, the player we tried to sign last year, is at Carrington today to finalise the deal. Hopefully announced today or tomorrow. Fee is around 28.8million.

Excited by this signing, one of their key players who played us off the park 2 years ago in the Europa League against Athletic Bilbao. Best part about it was how quiet it was done with little to no leakage to the press. Hopefully a sign of things to come with Shaw, a centre back and another centre midfielder coming in.

News on the Herrera deal. Bilbao have rejected it, the pricks. To sign him, I think we're going to have to pay the buyout clause and the tax owed to Real Zaragoza, the club who trained Herrera. We offered €36.6million in a straight deal and Bilbao, who don't negotiate when selling their players because they can only sign players who are from the Basque region in Spain, so it's hard to sign players and the such. Only way we can sign him is by meeting the buyout clause and the 4% clause owed to Real Zaragoza for training the player.

Is he what you need? Must admit I don't know much about him but I assume he's an attacking midfielder. You have mata, kagawa, januzaj, Valencia, young, nani and a returning Powell. I'd think at lease two of those are to be sold.

Yeah Mack he is, he's a central midfielder not as forward as say mata or kagawa but not as deep as say carrick. Have no idea if any of them will be sold. Need a couple defenders now too.

He officially plays for us now so that's good.

Young Nani and Valencia will probably compete for one bench spot. I'm still shocked two haven't been booted out. Definitely no need for them without European football, which might be a positive for Utd. One season with a smaller squad of better technical ability, then add more to that group the next season.

Yesterday we signed Wade Elliott one a 1 year deal and Mark Little on a 3 year deal. Today we've signed Luke Freeman on a 3 year deal.

Elliott turned our season around, we were or near enough bottom when he joined and we finished 12th.

Freeman is one I've wanted us to sign for quite a while, tore us a new one in both games against us last season.

Agreed a fee with Southampton for Luke Shaw, £30million fee. 2 transfers in one day it would seem. Makes up for the shitstorm that was last seasons summer window.
