Vidal to United is 75% done apparently and Di Maria is going to PSG ahead of us. More suitable for family reasons over Manchester apparently.

Conte has resigned at Juventus, Gazzetto Dello Sport suggest that he left because Vidal and Pogba might be leaving. I'm starting to believe we may be signing Vidal.

Sexton: if Sunderland have to pay more for a player than they want chances are he won't sign. That's a thing that annoys me about Sunderland. They won't pay asking prices. The last big money signing we made was darren bent. And he scored the goals and we had a good couple of years.

I know some signings and wages can cripple clubs but I think if we want a player that much we should pay what ever we should. I don't think Sunderland are in a financially bad place so a couple of big signings are needed.

it's likely a tribual would cost you more anyway, Dario would make sure of that. It probably helps that our Chairman is the only ever chairman to get the lifetime achievement award and Dario is on the FA football development committee. Not that the FA would ever show bias.

Juve news is suspicious. I saw the headline Conte quits and thought the same about any transfers. Boards cashing in usually pisses off managers, who would ultimately get the blame if they didn't replace them and start winning, in the end.

On the Exeter front, one of our best players of recent times, Ryan Harley, has been spotted at our pre-season friendly talking to the directors. I'd probably cry with happiness if he came home.

We have been rumoured with a loan move for Powell. Wouldn't mind him permenant.

I'd guess those 10 would be; Young, Cleverly, Anderson, Hernandez, Nani, Smalling, Powell? although I wouldn't know why, hasn't had many games for the first team, SAF reckoned he was a good player in his book and I imagine Giggs may feel the same. Evra might be off to Juventus, Kagawa, Fletcher and lastly Fellaini.

Any of them could be sold but I'd like Hernandez, Smalling, Powell, Fletcher, Evra, Fellaini and Kagawa to stay. Think LVG could get the best out of them. Bit of romanticism here wanting Fletcher to stay because before his illness he was a class centre mid.

Yeah that's the rumours today Mack that he's turned it down. Don't think he will get a chance anyway, with Sturridge and Lambert already there and with Liverpool agreeing a fee with QPR for Loic Remy, his chances are already incredibly limited.
