England moved up to 3rd and swapped with Uruguay because fifa has changed how many ranking points or whatever you get from winning the Copa America which Uruguay won, so as thats been decreased it moved them below England. | |

| I suppose Greece are that high because of their performance at the Euro's getting to the first knock-out stage and Brazil are 13th for not having played a competitive game in so long is what I would imagine. | |
