Fee supposedly £1.65m with add ons such as when promoted etc, I understand why he moved West Ham are more than likely going up this season so he will get his premier league time if they do. I don't think its the club having showed a lack of ambition though, we were stuck with Millen which was stupid but under McInnes weve averaged i think 1.7 points a game or something, if you added it up to 46 games it would be enough to see us with a play off spot anyways.

Stephen McManus has joined us on loan from Boro for the rest of the season. Anyone know what he's like? On debut Vs Palace he seemed good, very composed and appeared to easily fit in and was helping direct traffic so to say. Although was turned by an absalute beaut from Wilfred Zaha which led to the first goal.

hes a good player only thing that stops him getting in the boro team is that Bates and McMahon are much better than him. Bates is solid and is probably the best boro player.

Would be a good signing for Arsenal, but I'm not sure how good he will play. The reason why he didn't perform well for Bayern Munich when he went there was the fact that he got home-sick easily and thus returned to Koln.

he hasn't stopped playing really though, he's been in and out of your team alot, and sometimes it's hard to settle if you don't have a certain place in a team. A footballer doesn't just stop being good because of taxes

Pavlyuchenko was in and out at spurs, despite being quality, Bilyletdinov signed for everton then was barely seen, zhirkov almost became a starter for chelsea then faded away.
