Potential plans for Cody Rhodes?

Creative has discussed having Cody Rhodes join CM Punk's Straight Edge Society. The second generation wrestler has sparingly appeared on Friday Night SmackDown! since being transferred over to the blue brand in April.

How would he fit into the Straight Edge Society?

With the bags under his eyes, he looks like he's on smack?

He's been a bit irrelevant to me lately. Granted I haven't seen much of SD in the past 3 or so weeks but his character has suffered severely since Mania, A S.E.S role may hekp him become relevant again, but is a subordinate S.E.S a better position than he was in Legacy?

At least in Legacy he was main eventing ( backlash, HIAC etc) but I dont think that will occur if he is in the SES

i think he should have just had the IC title put on him as i don't think it would have taken a great deal for him to have been pushed to the main event

Got to disagree with this, Cody Rhodes is the wrestling equivalent of mayonnaise - so bland, it's impossible to like him enough to make him an over face, or hated enough to make him an effective heel. With DiBiase jnr and Randy, he was part of a faction that did what they were supposed to - for a guy to go from main-eventing PPV's against DX to barely being featured on Smackdown in less than a year pretty much sums him up.

hence why when he was moved to SD if they had done something with him he could have been able to do something
