only thing is i cant see the WWE writing another losing streak with a shock win the world title storyline

| Im not sure what they expect from this story.
People dont really give a shit about him, whats he done since ECW packed up? Nothing.
His wrestling skills leave a lot to be desired and there will be a touch of emotion when he retires but nothing really special due to the pure fact that if not for the re birth of ECW (imo the improved ECW) saw him and his former 'hardcore legends' reunite for six months to put on a couple of extreme rules matches.
But anyways to the OP, the way i see this panning out, is similar to what Rocky said, some where (not MITB) he will earn a ECW Title shot, be shite all the way through to Extreme Rules loosing every week on ECW then hell win the strap, cut a promo saying cheerio and Tommy Dreamer will be forgotten the next day.
Maybe you can tell i dont much care for him. | |
