Another storyline bollocksed?

This story is crap in my opinion, fucked it up ages ago. You hear the crowd when he turned round with his mask on? Nope, the silence was deadly. They had a brilliant way of re-introducing the mask and giving Kane a decent run but instead they do this crappy, half arsed, prolonged story with Rey which wont have one good match nor will it help Kane look good.

And I just know it will end with the Return of Ugly Mask-less Rey. So instead of giving someone bad-ass back his mask, making him even more bad-ass, WWE will take the mask away from someone who is, by and large, lame, and make him even lamer. And harder on the eyes.

Yes, but by then his hideousness will have burned a lasting image on my retina. It took me years to un-see Rey the last time he de-masked, screw WWE for putting me through this again. And double-screw them for ruining a perfectly good storyline while doing it.

6 weeks tops for kane to wack a mask on (with no cameras looking) new music hits. oh the suspense...OMG MASKED KANE COMES OUT (after waiting 10 or so seconds for music to kick in) Big boo and cheers too. Then any story thereafter involving kane would be liked, even if it was just to get people over again.

Exactly. But time and again it's been swerved (deliberately) to "deceive" us all. We've all been saying "what next" and "what if" but now it really is just fuck off, this whole sorry affair. It's not "what next" it's when is Kane gonna get decked and look shit for a change. I did an article the other week on the Hardy's being a good example to these people who moan about pushes but how could I forget this poor sod? He's 500 times the better example of what a hard worker is.

Are some of you still expecting Kane to put his mask back on??

Like I said I couldn't give two titties what he does. Doubt (and hope now) that he will wear it again. Looked like a right fruit with it on.

Last week we get a hint of it may turn good, but no, no it wont. Good for bourne getting matches. Although he needs matches vs smaller guys to look his best

I also couldn't give two shits about this storyline anymore but I doubt very much that Kane will put his mask back on. I think the promo on RAW this week said it all. Kane accused everyone of hiding behind masks and implied that he took the mask off by choice and doesn't need it anymore.

TNA would be even worse for Kane, he would get a mini push when he debuts (attacking AJ or Joe) before being named Abyss's brother or something like that.

Maybe he should just pack it in. His promos have been brilliant too, no fumbling like batista. Why are his promos so good if some push isnt coming...

He's so good he's been taken for granted for years and years. I don't really reckon much to him being champion but just a decent run at anything where he comes off better is the minimum he deserves.

his in ring work is getting a bit stale, but a proper push and some new moves would soon sort that. Seems like the same old wank now. shirt off, clothesline, job out, flying clothesline, lose.

I hold Kane in high regards, but you are all right, WWE does use him poorly. On the other hand Kane never striked me as the most ambitious guy, career-wise. I am always silently comparing him to Victory: Can be brilliant in promos and have good matches, but doesn't want to be at the top so hard and is content with performing, and doing storyline that, at the very least, start out being entertaining.

Yeah all the better, he doesn't care if he's at the top.

He wants to perform and its an added bonus to hold a main event title. He won't moan about it, he doesn't want a super push. What he deserves is to look a lot better i.e. good storyline, not to job out.

I just dont understand why they took him off ECW where he had a title, moved him to RAW gave him a good oppertunnity with a great possible story and then cock the whole thing up. Also, if its Rey and Bourne why not keep Kane on ECW move Rey to ECW and have this as a title story as im sure they would have thought it through better then.

ECW is an only an hour show (I think) there wasn't time to utilise this feud fully, of course now it looks fucked up so it doesn't matter.

WWE have tried too hard to suprise us, by taking away a brilliant storyline.

Because it will be revealed that -Swerve!- Evan Bourne was behind it all along!!! He was the mastermind who orchestrated Kane's attack on Rey, because he is jealous and wants the people to cheer for him like they cheer for Rey.

Evan Bourne will then be revealed as Kane's lost brother, but somehow not Undertaker's brother, and there will be a decade worth of crappy convoluted storylines starting from there.

Calling it.
