| DON'T READ ANY OF THIS THREAD IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW THE CRACK - Spoiler:
So this is what happened. Writing as I watch. Missed the first hour cos SOMEBODY'S live streams failed miserably.
Usual million dollar shizzle, with Flair and Khali lol. But even they can't make this remotely interesting.
Jeff Hardy to Smackdown, mint move IMO Also, Hardy Boys had a match with Miz and Morrison.
CM Punk to Raw, suprisingly lol.
Rey Mysterio to Raw, kinda unexpected, dunno what the plan is there. I half expected him to go to ECW.
ECW got Matt Hardy and his US title, so much for a Hardy's reunion.
Then, an announcers only draft decided in a women's tag match. Mickie James & Melina Vs Victoria & Natalya. A fantastic technical battle ensued full of incredible moves and we had a double dq (wtf lol) leading to a double announcer draft pick. Melina might be injured, doubt it though but who gives a doobie.
Anyway, Michael Cole goes to Raw and JR goes to Smackdown. I can't believe dickhead Cole is a Raw commentator now. Still, JR and Foley could be interesting.
Cena Vs Edge next, another draft pick match. Decent match, shit ending. Cena wins by count out. Then Batista comes down, attacks Edge then get drafted to Raw lol. So Batista is a Raw chappy now.
Next drafty is MVP Vs Tommy Dreamer. Will Dreamer ever win another match? I doubt it. MVP wins.
Smackdown get Umaga. Good times, he should do well on Smackdown IMO.
Now Umaga decides to beat up Colin Delaney lol. Dreamer and the weasel man is slammed about a bit, still no huge cheese for Smackdown yet.
JBL Vs Kofi next. Really like the look of Kingston. I reckon he's gonna be a top fella eventually. Anyway, decent match, JBL was always gonna win though.
Raw gets Kane. Now that I didn't expect. He's obviously going to drop the title now, silly move I reckon, what the fuck is Kane gonna do on Raw? He's going to be jobbing for the rest of his career just as he was looking good on ECW.
Big tri-brand battle royal is the main event. Winner gets two picks, this is where Smackdown are gonna get the big ones I reckon.
Another money give a way, at least it's short.
All the big cheeses in for the draft, normal battle royal really. Were left with Big Show, Edge, HHH and Cena. They eliminate Show then Edge puts HHH and Cena over the top.
Two for Smackdown now. They get Mr.Kennedy and HHH. So one big title has to change at NOC. I can see Cena winning now.
Mcmahon then gives away more money. Then summit strange happens. The set falls apart and crushes him (kayfabe). Everyone rushes to his aid, he's lying their practically dead underneath scaffolding then stretchered out. Strange angle. Please don't let it be an amnesia storyline.
Well, it was a juicy draft as promised, a pretty big shake up. Best Raw for ages (obviously). Should make things quite interesting now.

| Definitely interesting. ECW got screwed though. All over for the third brand? Don't see them having a lot to interest anyone now, apart from 2 or 3 up and comers. | |

| Nah, ECW is gonna be fine. It's all about the young talent. They can just concentrate more on that. With Punk leaving someone else (Morrison hopefully) will have to step up. I did think Kane going was stupid though. He was OK there and he's obviously gonna lose at NOC now. | |

| It was always gonna be Cena or HHH going to Smackdown. I thought it was gonna be Cena too. Biggest shock was JR and Michael Cole. I think Smackdown has just as good a roster as Raw now though. They balanced the shows up much better than last time. Plus when Taker returns it's gonna be a nice main event scene. | |

| Dunno about the commentator switch tbh. Raw was always my favourite, just 'cos JR and The King are a great combo. Cole is about the worst play by play guy in the business for my money. 'It is indeed Smackdown and this is indeed for the Heavyweight title.' He could use a thesaurus. | |

| I also wished MVP could go to RAW.I think he would make a great superstar there. Great feuds with Punk and Orton when he comes back | |

| Kinda figured they were leading to that on SD last week as well. He does seem a bit wasted, MVP's obviously really talented, way more than like, kennedy, and they should give him a bigger push. Mind you, the championship pic on sd looks weak as hell atm, so maybe he'll be upped. | |

| Well, they used to be. I hate the "nice" Lawler. He used to be proper nasty, even Heenan wouldn't say the stuff Lawler used too say. JR and Foley could be good though if Foley stops being so dull. I definitely think I might start watching Smackdown now though, it has the better roster IMO.
MVP has plenty of competition on Smackdown now though. He has Kennedy, Jeff Hardy and Umaga who are all going to be upper mid carders for a while.

| Foley and JR could be amazing. Wish it had happened on Raw though. I don't know if they've strengthened SD all that much though. Upper midcard, as you say, very strong. Real main eventers though? Similar position to before, no? 2 or 3 ppl in contention for WHC and more long, dull feuds. | |

| Well, they have HHH, Edge, Taker (eventually) of course but maybe they'll be willing to put Jeff Hardy and even Kennedy or MVP in there. It could be dull like you said put if their willing to push the mid carders up it could be brilliant. | |

| Are they likely to do that with Jeff though, after his suspension? I'd like to see it happen, but I'm not sure. Kennedy and MVP definitely need to be pushed forward, although I'm not a fan of Kennedy, but some younger guys NEED to be put forward. Pretty much all the immediate feuds have happened many, many times in the past few years. | |

| Yeah, HHH is gonna freshen it up for a little while but I genuinely think we will see more people in the title hunt by the end of the year. I have a feeling that's why Smackdown kept MVP.He wouldn't get on top on Raw for ages but Smackdown will allow him to be much closer to the big three on that show. | |

| I really hope so. More people coming to the fore on what is perceived as 'the second show' can only be a good thing. There's a lot of talent kicking around but the same faces doing the same stuff week after week. Better than when I started watching in the early 90's though!! | |

| I have a bad feeling about this, i.e. Triple H coming to SmackDown. While Vickie seems somewhat unpopular among the fine posters of this board I think she is a great heel and draws tremendous heat, and now it seems that Triple H has noticed this, too.
I am afraid that we are in for some classic "Tweener vs. Evil GM"-action here. Of course the title will be involved as Edge is Champion by Vickie's grace at the moment, and very soon we will see Champion H, just in time for the fabled return of the Undertaker.
I was not around during their last feud, so I can not say if it was any good. I just hope Hunter manages to not try and 'bury', haha, the Undertaker.

| I can't wait for HHH and Taker. Has to be a Wrestlemania main event favourite. I can remember them meeting at WM17 and it was brilliant. Still surprised he went to Smackdown though. I don't reckon the titles are going to be swapped either. I think Cena will win now and Edge will retain. | |

| Well this is going to make WWE interesting again for at least a couple months Vince once again kills himself on draft night though i mean come on its kinda obvious!!! Anyway i was suprised about the drafting of Triple H and i reckon him and Edge can have a few good matches as well as HHH vs. Taker, Hardy vs Taker, Umaga vs Taker Kennedy vs Hardy, Hardy vs MVP all matches i wanna see and those are just on Smackdown which used to be dog shite! Im glad Hardys move but its annoying Matts now over on ECW as theres gonna be no Hardy Boyz reunion with the whole ECW-RAW thing! I can see why matt has been moved as hes a good pro and will help the youngsters gain a lot of experience! Cole on RAW But JR and Foley might be cool! The rest of the picks were prtty much as expected Punk and Batista ect. Dont they usually make like 20 drafts not just 11??? Could we see more drafts or is this it? Like last year they could spin some bull about having to end early even if they didnt and then they could make things even more interesting!!?? Im happy and thats all i care about! |

| im guessing there going to try the death sl again oh and found this
Jim Ross was legitimately not happy with his move to SD! as evident by his facial expressions. Michael Cole was more shocked than anything and seemed to feel bad for good ole' J.R. You could also tell Mick was really taken off guard by it as well.

| I think they would have known before it actually happened. I can't imagine Raw commentary now. The "face" Lawler and Cole together sounds almost unbearable. | |

| Oh right. The one I found was American so that makes sense.
I knew WWE would deliberately start these rumours. CM Punk was obvious but loads of people expected HBK and MVP to get drafted too.
And how crap was the end lol. Fuck knows what dodgy story their planning now.

| It's sick but it would be quite funny if he did die on air. Everyone would be like "LOL, of course he's dead".
Then when he never came back people would just think he had retired and got sick of it.

| I thought the draft was pretty good. Big shock on the commentator changes JR and Foley could be good but for me foley needs to liven up a bit. Also i never expected triple H to move to smackdown but should at least freshen up the title scene for a bit.
With Matt Hardy going to ECW with the United States Championship and it will stay there as he defends against Chavo another ECW superstar at night of champions! So wot does this mean for the mid-card on smackdown Especially as they have just got Jeff Hardy, Umaga and Kennedy through the draft?
Another change i wasn't expecting was Kane going back to raw. I dont see how he stands a chance against big show at night of champions now. I will be interesting to see what they do with him on raw.
After the draft i was disappointed not too have seen any new faces come in like ron killings or d'lo brown, does anyone reckon they will turn up on ECW soon as they only got one draft pick?
