| Summing up United vs Olympiakos in a few words...
Tom Cleverley marking the opposition when United are in possession???
The use of space is terrible. Never seen possession football so illogical. The fact they are trying to play slow possession football with two pacey wingers is illogical. Moyes is tactically shocking and/or players failing whatever plan he had.
And now for something else illogical, Kagawa on when the need for possession has gone. Should have started and then use pace if he failed. Mad fucking tactical failure.

| Ashton gate is a nice ground. Not very intimidating, atmosphere-wise, and in terms of capacity, its one of the biggest grounds in the division. | |

| Just saw the highlights Mack, played a good game, Borini's goal was class, but can't do anything about Toure's or Nasri's goal. Toure's took me by surprise when I saw it last night. | |

| Jack, what did you make of Smalling and Jones at centre back on saturday btw? I hope he sticks with them because they need to start a proper partnership. Smalling was motm in my opinion, which surprised me. His decision making of when just to get rid and general work seemed steady. Jones had a weird game but is the best tackler in the league and can only improve at everything else imo. | |

| I thought codices played? Maybe wrong.
I agree though, he needs to stick with these two at the back. Man utd's season is practically over now so it gives them time to gel.

I thought Smalling was very good too, Jones was a bit shaky but was fine in the second half. My preferred centre back partnership would be Evans and Jones but either or is very good. With Vidic going, i don't think he should play anymore unless needed. Ferdinand is either retiring or moving on so should only play if needed. Moyes was at the Blackburn v Burnley game to watch young Michael Keane play, I also watched the game and thought he did well. I searched his name on twitter after the game and from what I saw Blackburn fans also said he had a good game so maybe he might have some games in pre-season if Moyes wants to make him 4th choice. Might as well say it too, but Fellaini was good againsta WBA, broke up play well and distributed the ball well. For one game I'd like to see Welbeck ahead of RVP for that bit of pace upfront.

| yeah, if it were me not woodward i'd have kept Evra as back up and got Shaw then gone for debuchy so there's 4 decent full backs, then moyes can back the 3 centre backs and take longer to find the perfect Vidic replacement. Otherwise one will end up playing half a season at full back. The midfield can then be improved with the big money signings which is much more important than one new centreback. | |

| Powell and Januzaj will tear up the league if Moyes has half a brain anyway to be fair. Won't even need RVP then. Apparently last year, when fergie was introducing Powell into the first team, before his injury, they were forming a good partnership in the reserves. Reunited you can only assume they will step it up further. Plus Powell hasn't had to put up with the bad utd season, might liven up the squad like a new signing but one that's already settled. | |

| Is januzaj really that good? I can't see it to be honest. I put him in the over rated section with Raheem sterling. Admittedly I haven't seen a great deal but I only remember having seen him in a great game against us when he scored twice.
I can see RVP leaving Utd in the summer. Rooney is the man guy so he'll play up top. Mata will be better next season. If you say Powell and januzaj are good then there is your 3 attacking midfielders. Michael carrick won't play as many games next season. Possibly Fellini will play in a holding midfield role with a new signing. A new left back and right back needed and they can be challengers again.
They'll need cover in all the areas though. It's a strong starting XI but not the greatest squad

| I hope Evra stays as back-up because it's obvious he loves the club. It's a shame Powell's been injured but I can't wait until he comes back so he can join the squad because I'm desperate to see what he's like. I liked what I saw of him last season when he had a few appearances. Hopefully we bring in that Kroos lad from Bayern, he's the real deal from what I've seen from him. Think Moyes will go for Coentrao again as Madrid chase Moreno from Sevilla again.
Wouldn't surprise me if RVP goes, I'd like him to stay because his talent is obvious to see.
Mack, Januzaj is the real deal, the lad has been quality for us, the best part of a really poor season has seen him come through the ranks to become a first teamer. Probably our best winger at the club.
I can see Moyes getting rid of Nani and maybe Valencia, keep Young and Cleverly for squad purposes. Add 2/3 centre mids, a centre back and a lb and rb and we'll be good as gold.

| A bit like Exeter. if we could add a new keeper, couple of full-backs, couple of defenders who do something other than fall over and hoof the ball 500 foot in the air, a couple of speedy wingers, a tough central midfielder, and one striker who could score, we'd be fine. | |

| Well the squad needs quality, the players we have are good as back-up, I'd probably expect about 4/5 signings coming in the summer. | |

| Macks, you have to judge players like Januzaj in a different way. He has the footballing brain, at some point he'll do a Ronaldo and put on a stone of muscle and be unplayable. Often with young players either between 18-19 19-20 they come into pre season after one final growth spurt and have the power and speed to destroy everyone when it's teamed with their natural ability and solid coaching. And Januzaj looks a natural talent and well coached. Powell too has the pure instinct and has been coached by 3 of the best coaches in england since age 8. There's a reason that liverpool and chelsea reserve/under 21's are ran by ex crewe coaches... | |

| Well, Exeter are fucked now. Gone from joint top in October to 3rd bottom and three points out of the relegation places. One win this year, no home wins since October, and Tisdale just won't go.
I've been through some crap as an Exeter fan over the years, but I don't think I've ever been so angry as I am at the moment.

| jesus that's bad. And I was just about getting used to the idea that league two isn't that bad for next year for us. When you're set to win and score an injury time own goal, you know you're going down. A clean sheet would have been a relief too being the worst defence in english leagues. Aneke won't be coming for a third season and he's the only man scoring. Clayton will leave for pittance as he's been injured and he's due his final growth spurt so will be good wherever he goes as all he needs is the physical side of his game to catch up with his instinct. But then we have Dean Saunders kid in the academy lol | |

| WE have a number of kids coming through who could be great. Our problem is that Tisdale barely isn't playing them, the ones he is playing are being played out of position, and our so-called veterans are just shit.
We started the season without a recognised RB. We then manage to get one released from his contract somewhere else, signs for us and now warms the bench as Tisdale is playing a left-footed CB at right back instead. Our strikers don't score, our most creative central midfielder now plays wide left, crowds have plummeted...
We're utterly, utterly fucked.

Torquay are seven points adrift. Accrington and Wycombe are down in the shit too, but have one more point. our saving grace could be that we only lose by one goal, our goal difference is better than most. Northampton could be the problem, they've taken 11 points out of the last 15 and are three points behind us, with a game in hand.
