This is Power Slam's yearly Top 50, which is basically one guy's opinion. They go by in-ring performace, impact on the business, and not having 'Cena' in your name.

I get the magazine, it's usually better workers than the PWI 500 which is based alot within kayfabe. As far as the 50 go, of the ones I know, it's a pretty decent 50 I think Orton being at 2 is quite accurate as he has been involved in some really good matches and feuds this year, even when the belt wasn't involved he has done good work with Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett. From reading the article they said the reason he is so high is the fact he has learnt how to put a guy over both in loosing and winning.
