England Vs. Scotland

I thought England would have hammered us tonight but the team actually done not too bad, some goal from Miller aswell.

The only bad part (apart from that wee wanker Whittaker running away from the post for the goal) was the Tartan Trannies booing the British National Anthem, arseholes.

Yeah it was a better game then I expected it to be. Scotland gave a good account of themselves I feel. Cahill should of done better with the Miller goal but it was a good goal none the less.

It was the best england game in years imo cos im normally bored & switch over. Also best atmosphere in the new wembley since it opened.

Both teams tried to pass it around and there were some decent goals/attacking moves. I feel maybe Hodgson, from Englands point of view has stopped the big ego boys from thinking they should be winning competitions and that they are just building a team to play football. I'd welcome an annual fixture with Scotland too, as it will help both teams improve their football and stay competitive.

I'd be all for a proper home nations tournament in summer every 2 years or so on odd years so 2015, 2017 etc. England, Wales, Scotland and both Irelands.

Yesterday's game though, good game but should have been 5 goals for England, Rooney's ruled out goal, seriously how did the official get that wrong, he was miles onside! And fatty Lambert should have buried that 2nd chance.

Yeah, it was quality play too for that Rooney 'non' goal. I think he flagged because walcott or someone on the right was miles ahead of play, so he just assumed Rooney was too.

And such is the high standard of officiating  

Wonder how much they make for doing such a crap job most weeks of the season.
