- It has been confirmed that Jay Lethal has parted ways with TNA Wrestling. His profile was removed from the organization's website Wednesday night.
Details regarding his departure have yet to be disclosed.
Lethal's departure surprised some people within TNA. One company source who was on hand for this week's television tapings was not aware Lethal was leaving the company.
Lethal worked Tuesday's iMPACT! television taping after competing in the X Division Ultimate Xscape Match at TNA Lockdown.
Lethal has been sparingly featured since dropping the X Division Championship to Kazarian in January at TNA Genesis. Fucking bullshit, he was one of the best things in TNA the past year or so.

| Is Consequences Creed still in FCW? If Lethal also gets signed to WWE/FCW, that's another potential tag team. Either way, I hope WWE give Lethal a chance. | |

| Yep Consequences Creed is in FCW wrestling as Xavier Woods. Lethal is still young and I agree he does have alot still to offer | |

| x division is fucked anyway, too many guys too little space, dont see why they dont develop xplosion more for x div and tv titles, develop that crazy tv champ guy with personal feuds, then have him as the muscle like normal on impact. Its mental how they dont utilize the undercard on a slot where they just go over what was on impact in the week | |

| I remember when the X-Division was TNA's main attraction and at one PPV the X-Division title match was the mainevent... how times have changed.
Now it's a poor mans Cruiser Weight divison and with Lethal gone, it's only going to get worse.
BTW whatever happened to Petey Williams who had that crazy finisher?

| Petey Williams got fired/quit a while back. Last I heard he'd done a few dates in TNA and was mostly working on the independent scene. Walking advert for steroid abuse, mind you, but yup, one hell of a finisher. | |
