I don't think there will be transfer fees in 20 years time, I think players will just move from season to season, negotatite work under a one year rule and be free to move to whoever they like every summer

If football carries on the way it is now, it will most probably collapse from it all, so many clubs in debt, so many go into administration, and the fees keep rising, it just can't carry on like this realistically.

I think Hockey, "Football", Basketball and Baseball are all wank but their sports are far far more open at the top (e.g random teams winning big shit, Superbowl always seems different) and I'm pretty sure most are salary capped...so most of their personal gain comes sponsors which is fine.
