What match ending would you change and why?

We've seen many matches over the years and wondered why the ending was like that? If some ended differently we could have a whole lot of different stories and fueds for the better. So what match endings would you have changed and why?

Elijah Burke beating Chris Benoit for the ECW number one contendership, so when Benoit didn't show up it didn't completely derail ECW and Punk and Burke could have risen through WWE together putting on quality hard hitting, knee lifting, technical matches. I really did enjoy their matches together in ECW. Crap start to this, but I have really bad retention of most matches wrestling is on every bloody week damnit!

I haven't the greatest memory either. One I think I would of changed was back in 1997. I think it was called Thursday Raw Thursday and bret hart lost the title in a cage match against psycho Sid. I would of have bret hart keep the title going into wrestlemanoa. This was just before wrestlemania 13. I remember undertaker faced Sid for the title. That same year stone cold Steve Austin passed out to the sharp shooter to bret hart. I think that should of been the title match and not taker v Sid.

Nexus winning.

Summerslam 2006 - I'd have had Randy Orton beat Hulk Hogan. Never understood why, at the height of his Legend Killer phase, Orton lost to a mid-50's guy, wrestling one match a year who had a widely reported knee injury. If the Legend Killer had beaten the biggest legend in wrestling... would have been huge for Randy.

Wrestlemania 25 Orton to beat Triple H

Orton was on fire at this time in the build up to Wrestlemania, I know he won the belt at the next PPV however he lost so much momentum by him not winning the belt at WM.
