2012 Predictions

Ok guys same rules as last year, from the list of wrestlers below state either what they will have accomplished or will be doing at the end of 2012. Also add a random prediction down the bottom of your list. The wrestlers are:

Jeff Hardy - quit wrestling and pursuing his art career full time

Alex Riley - re-united with the Miz in a stable

CM Punk - loss of momentum culminates in a heel turn towards the end of 2012

Brodus Clay - finally debuts but only as a mid-card heel, mostly on Superstars

Kane - brief feud with Cena ends and he moves on to become a mid card face again

Sin Cara - Intercontinental title run through mid-late 2012

Bobby Roode - will join back up with Storm to overcome a threat to Dixie/TNA

Triple H - will wrestle his last match in 2012 but continue to be an occasional on screen character

Dolph Ziggler - wins Money in the Bank and cashes in successfully

Daniel Bryan - will 'do a Jack Swagger' and get lost in the mid card after brief title run ends


Other Prediction: TNA will make Garrett Bischoff their World Champion at some point in 2012

Jeff Hardy - Will get another couple of world title runs in TNA and will generally keep his head down (I'm probably going to be left eating these words!). He will be linked with a return to WWE at the end of the year.

Alex Riley - tag team title run either before/or during summer. Will turn heel shortly after that, and will end the year on the SmackDown midcard.

CM Punk - He'll call out some celebrity via one of his "pipe bombs", as part of the publicity drive for the WWE Network. Who that will be, I don't know, perhaps an MMA fighter (they can play on Punk's Muay Thai background or something)? By the end of the year, he'll be the top face on SmackDown.

Brodus Clay - He'll get an initial push on RAW as a heel, which will culminate in a unsuccessful WWE title match. He'll then win the US title in the summer, and still be holding it come the end of 2012.

Kane - Will turn face in the summer, and end his career after losing a "Loser Leaves WWE" match via disqualification. Following his DQ, he will get beat down by the heels on the brand, the lights will go out (it's Taker helping him, but Taker won't appear) allowing Kane to get the upper hand and kick arse one last time. I'll throw in a prediction for an appearance by Paul Bearer, just to get this 100% right.

Sin Cara - Will win the IC title from Cody Rhodes upon his return from injury. Will end the year unemployed (I'll probably be in the same boat) after he gets done for a fight in a unspecified location.

Bobby Roode - Will form some posh boy Canadian stable (Toronto Thespians???) with Eric Young and will win (and lose) the world title another couple of times. He won't end the year as champ, and like Hardy, will be linked with a move to the 'E.

Triple H - Will have another feud with Orton, I'm thinking closer to the end of 2012.

Dolph Ziggler - Will win Money In The Bank. Will have a feud with Booker (Can You Zig That Sucka!) and maybe Cena. Will hold a world title, along with the MITB at some point.

Daniel Bryan - will turn heel, and align himself with Del Rio. I'm not quite sure why I think this, where this alignment will lead or whether I even care about D.Bryan but I had to put something down.

Other prediction - Homicide to have a short run in WWE to give Rey something to do.

Jeff Hardy - Retires due to injuries.

Alex Riley - Goes back to FCW for a few months then comes back. Maybe US title run but will be on Smackdown/Superstars for the rest of the year

CM Punk - Goes back down to mid card because of the terrible ratings hes getting as champion

Brodus Clay - Gains some momentum but then gets its killed off when hes eventually defeated by Cena, then gets put into comedy segments.

Kane - Retires at some point as I think his recent return is going to be his last run.

Sin Cara - Released and goes back to Mexico.

Bobby Roode - Goes to WWE.

Triple H - Retires at Wrestlemania 29 and goes full time backstage.

Dolph Ziggler - World Heavyweight champion at some point. At least number one heel on one of the brands. Ill say Smackdown.

Daniel Bryan - "Jack Swaggered".

Jeff Hardy - Leaves TNA permanently due to injuries and drug addiction and retires in the process.

Alex Riley - mid-card face with a US title run.

CM Punk - Main Event heel but doesn't win any titles

Brodus Clay - mid-table to sometimes occasional main event heel

Kane - mid table face/heel after Feud with Cena. Occasional main event match

Sin Cara - released and returns to Mexico

Bobby Roode - Becomes main event face but doesn't win a title

Triple H - retires this year but becomes RAW GM

Dolph Ziggler - Wins world title at least once or twice and becomes heel of Smackdown

Daniel Bryan - Loses World Title and becomes mid-card with some feuds here and there.

Jeff Hardy - gets fired and goes prison
Alex Riley - future endeavours
CM Punk - Stays Main eventing but is moved to Smackdown
Brodus Clay - 3 months after debuting on raw he ends up on superstars
Kane - will be a heel for a couple of months then go to being a face again then drops to mid card
Sin Cara - future endeavours
Bobby Roode - main eventing
Triple H - retires and takes vinces role on appearing on Raw every now and then
Dolph Ziggler - world champion
Daniel Bryan - lose world title and become a mid carder

Jeff Hardy - Will win the TNA title at some point next year so they can go about how he 'turned his life around' only for him to no doubt fuck up his title reign again by doing something stupid again.

Alex Riley - Will probably spend 2012 wrestling on Superstars before getting put on Smackdown.

CM Punk - Will probably get pushed back to midcard when he loses the title as the little jimmys have been force fed crap in WWE for so long that they don't know a good thing when they see it and sadly the ratings will reflect this.

Brodus Clay - Will debut in 2012 and have an undefeated streak for a while.

Kane - Will probably go back to the 'big monster jobber' role by the end of 2012.

Sin Cara - He'll come back as a jobber or wrestle on Superstars until his contract runs out, then WWE will release him or have him wrestle in WWE development.

Bobby Roode - He'll go back to midcard when he loses his title and will probably turn face by the end of 2012.

Triple H - Will show up just for Mania then won't be seen for the rest of 2012.

Dolph Ziggler - Will win MITB and possibly the title this year.

Daniel Bryan - Will probably get a new gimmick or turn heel as a way to give him 'a personality'.

John Cena - Will beat the Rock in a 'passing of the torch moment' then go on to have another Super Cena title Reign.

Jeff Jarett - Will probably return by the end of 2012.

WrestleMania - Will contain a celebrity which a WWE wrestler will job to.

Sting - Will retire from in-ring wrestling.

Worthy - Will still be on a losing streak in XFE on The Wrestling game in 2012 (Seriously I only won 5 fed matches in 2011 and I was even fueding with a female elf for 3 months )

Jeff Hardy - Dead

Alex Riley - No longer with wwe

CM Punk - Still going as one of the main guys - hopefully as a heel

Brodus Clay - Mid Card Heel on Raw

Kane - Another heavyweight title run, when dropped he'll be in mid card again

Sin Cara - No longer with WWE

Bobby Roode - Dont watch TNA so couldnt give a fuck

Triple H - Extended Storyline with Vince over control of WWE

Dolph Ziggler - Hopefully main eventing, ill go with that, think he'll win MITB

Daniel Bryan - Midcarding after dropping the whc and failing to gain it back

Jeff Hardy - World Title run then end up on I'm a celebrity get me out of here
Alex Riley - We wish you well in all future endevours
CM Punk - Still one of the top to go guys in the company. Probabliy world champ still
Brodus Clay - Who? Might beat some one up but other than that he may be bald!
Kane - mini Cena fued before fueding with Del Rio
Sin Cara - Fan favourite at best
Bobby Roode - Suspended in a TNA storyline before coming back to form Beer Money
Triple H - WM match before Succeeding John Larinites in 'talent relations' gagie!
Dolph Ziggler - Stuck in mid card. WWE will drop their arse and bottle main eventing him
Daniel Bryan - 3 time world champ by the end of 2012

Other predictions:

SummerSlam will be the biggest PPV buy rate of 2012

John Cena will wear a Yellow T-Shirt by the end of 2012

Hornswaggle will win US / IC title in 2012

Jeff Hardy - Retire from wrestling, arrested at least once more for drug related issues

Alex Riley - Turns heel in the summer, builds for a fued over US/IC title (can't remember if he's on Raw or SD) but loses.

CM Punk - Still main eventing RAW, wins at WM Vs Jericho, one more reign in 2012.

Brodus Clay - redebeuts as a monster tearing everyone apart, will fued with Kane before moving to a world title match and losing.

Kane - will fued with Triple H in the summer, blaming him for Taker leaving WWE will wind down his career as the year goes on and turn face (retirement match WM29)

Sin Cara - early Summer fued with Rey Mysterio, moves into IC title later in the year mid card largely though

Bobby Roode - Don't watch TNA, but around the main event, will pick up the world title at some point

Triple H - HBK (ref) will count for Taker rather than him at WM, fued with Kane ( Summerslam) otherwise largely a year like this, on screen but not always active, odd fued.

Dolph Ziggler - Competes in elimination chamber, World title match at Summerslam, moving to main event heel and building towards 2013 royal rumble main competitor

Daniel Bryan - will drop world title in the elimination chamber, long IC title reign in summer till end of the year with odd main events

Other: If Jericho joins the WWE before WM he won't be there by the PPV after Summerslam

Jeff Hardy - at least one more drugs charge, and a world title at some point
Alex Riley - superstars staple, only appearances on raw will be to job
CM Punk - heel turn later in the year, also a switch to sd in the draft
Brodus Clay - a good initial run on raw, then back to being someones bodyguard
Kane - loses the mask at around summerslam, drops back to his previous role
Sin Cara - midcard sd heel by the end of the year
Bobby Roode - still in the main event of tna, couple of title reigns
Triple H - a long break after wm, returns around oct/nov
Dolph Ziggler - top level face by the end of the year, possibly the opponent of punk in a long feud on sd
Daniel Bryan - loses the title before wm, drops back to ic level, heel turn before survivor series

Jeff Hardy - Will win the TNA Title and have a long run with it.

Alex Riley - Will be future endevoured.

CM Punk - Another strong year for punk with numerous title wins.

Brodus Clay - Will become a monster heal and power his way to the upper card.

Kane - will have one last feud with Undertaker maybe at summerslam and retire.

Sin Cara - same as this year hanging around the midcard.

Bobby Roode - Will become the best heal in wrestling and rumours will circulate about a move to the WWE.

Triple H - Willl take on Taker at mania and get beat and go missing for a while.

Dolph Ziggler - will be a world champion.

Daniel Bryan- will lose his title at EC and not get back into the title picture. he will get a run with either the US or IC belt.

Jeff Hardy - Dead
Alex Riley - Released
CM Punk - Still main eventing
Brodus Clay - WWE Champion, when he eventually fucking debuts
Kane - Go on a monster rampage then start jobbing to Mysterio or some other shite cunt.
Sin Cara - Will stay a mid carder or back to Mexico.
Bobby Roode - Main eventer in TNA, with about 100 face/heel turns thrown in.
Triple H - WM Match, then become the on screen boss.
Dolph Ziggler - Main eventing.
Daniel Bryan - Heel main eventer.

Jeff Hardy - still a pushed guy in TNA, flitting between face and heel, gets even fatter, before rediscovering his love of wrestling, just as his contract is due for renewal.

Alex Riley - future endeavoured.

CM Punk - WWE Champ numerous times, still claiming to be the architect of everything that changes in WWE.

Brodus Clay - debuts just after Wrestlemania, gets the monster push before losing to Orton or Cena, depending on what show he's on.

Kane - monster push, before sliding down the card to his usual level.

Sin Cara - future endeavoured. Loses to Mysterio on his way out.

Bobby Roode - TNA will turn him face, then heel, then face, then give him a Knockout to feud over, then turn him heel. He'll be around the main event bracket until the end of the year, when he does a clean job to Hogan. In the process of a face turn.

Triple H - doesn't retire, just wrestles on the occasional PPV. Loses at Wrestlemania.

Dolph Ziggler - will win his first proper world title, will be compared to a young Shawn Michaels a lot.

Daniel Bryan - a very short world title run, followed by nothing at all.

Random predictions:

Cody Rhodes will win his first world title, Wade Barrett won't, Shelton Benjamin will be rehired (hopefully), Matt Hardy will complain about everything on Youtube and Twitter.

Brodus Clay - Will start off strongly but by the end of the year will be feuding with Alex Riley on Superstars.

Kane - Will lose his feud with Cena and then end up on SmackDown against Mark Henry

Sin Cara - Will be gone by year end

Bobby Roode - Will be a three time world champion by the end of the year

Triple H - Same as this year, the occasional in-ring appearance but mostly playing the part of an authority figure. He'll take back control of Raw - possibly after a match with John Laurenitis.

Dolph Ziggler - Will win either the WWE Title or World Title.

Daniel Bryan - Will lose the World Title at the Rumble and, after failing to regain it, will turn heel

Random predictions:
The Undertaker will return in time for WM, win his match and then retire. John Cena will beat the Rock at WM. Matt Hardy will announce that he's gay just so he can get some attention. Kurt Angle will compete in the 2012 Olympics but will be DQ'd when he slaps on the Ankle Lock and refuses to let go. Oh, and of course Ric Flair will still be wrestling.
