John Morrison's WWE Contract Expiring Soon, Is He Going To TNA?

John Morrison is no longer being advertised for WWE's upcoming tour of Japan, which takes place November 30 and December 1, 2011 in Yokohama. Kevin Nash is now advertised for the two-date international tour.

WWELiveTour.com is not advertising Morrison for any events after the November 28, 2011 Raw SuperShow in Columbia, South Carolina. He was advertised for a Raw live event taking place on January 6, 2012 in Jackson, Mississippi, but pulled last week.

PWInsider.com reported in August that Morrison's contract with WWE would expire at the end of the year. At last word, which was October 17, he had not reached a new agreement with the organization. Friends of his believe he will not re-sign with WWE since he has his sights set on joining TNA Wrestling.

imagine if a couple of years ago someone said wwe would swap john morrison for kevin nash haha. Nash constantly slated for being used in tna and people creaming over how morrison is the next HBK.

Exactly what i've been thinking as i've seen WWE fans slag of Nash when he was in TNA and yet they are glad he is back in WWE? (must be the black hair dye).

As for John Morrison, if TNA do sign him they should put him in the X-Divison, but knowing TNA they'll go “He's a former WWE wrestler, lets just put him in the mainevent scene straight away because people who don't watch TNA will know who he is”.

I thought TNA put a weight limit on the X division?

If TNA do sign Morrison, they need to cut their roster. Either that or have 2 shows - and i'm not counting Xplosion. Also, Make the TV Title mean something. EY seems to be getting more air time now which is good but it still needs more people challanging for it. Morrison will just get lost in the Main Event scene.

So from having a Falls Count Anywhere WWE title match on the first RAW of 2011 (or around about) to being out of the company by the end of the year. Wow.

tna doesn't have a main event scene i don't think, they are building one, but i think anyone in the midcard could be champion which is good really, just need a bit of ranking like in the bfg series

What I ment by previous post was that TNA (for whatever reason) have a habbit of putting ex-WWE wrestlers who would fit perfectly in the X-Divison, in the mainevent scene instead (ie; RVD and Jeff Hardy) and that was before the weight limit came into play.

BTW if Morrison does go to TNA then it'll be instresting to see how he gets on with AJ after saying on Twitter last year (in response to people saying McCool stole AJ's Styles clash) that “everyone copies each others moves and John Morrison is the worse offender as Starship Pain is just the Spinal Tap, but nobody complains sbout him”.
