| After watching Monday's Raw and seeing Mason Ryan make his debut in WWE it got me thinking how many of you guys watch FCW and so knew who he was?
I recognised him straight away and was pretty happy to see that he's got a shot in WWE as I watch FCW every week and really enjoy it.

| dont watch FCW but instantly knew it was him, him being on Raw makes me think Sheffield will go to SD to join Barrett as he was never officially kicked out off the group Barrett just achknowledged his injury on screen | |

| I knew I'd seen his face before but couldn't put a name to it. HOdge told me who he was then I remembered where I saw him. He was on the SD Survivor Series tour over here in November.
Don't know anything about him.

| I keep an eye on FCW, and there's a couple of guys who could be pretty good (along with the odd utterly useless lump - Kidd's bodyguard being one such guy).
As for Sheffield to SD!, that group doesn't need him. They've got Jackson in the enforcer role. I reckon he'll return as a face, going against either Barrett for kicking him out, or the Raw faction for the same reason (although that would make no sense at all, seeing as Otunga is now the only original Nexus member left there)

| Sheffield wasnt kicked out of Nexus, but he could come back with Tarver and go against the Nexus together. | |

| Sheffield is still a while off though, it would be good to see him back, I watched Summerslam again the other day and the group really did lose a big part of them when he was injured.
I do agree that Zeke has Sheffield's role now and so Barrett doesnt need anyone like him

| When I looked on wwe.com and saw the picture of new Nexus member I thought it was Batista, he's obviously been brought in to fill that role, whether it will work I'm not sure. | |

| i can't see Sheffield as a face tbh, something i could actually see is Barrett and the rest of them giving Ezikiel Jackson the boot to allow Sheffield his place back, Barrett claiming he couldn't trust Jackson as well as he could with Sheffield, Jackson then turns on the group with one or two others (admittidly playing a face role in that bit) and then eventually going back to being a heel | |

| A mate of mine who works with me is also a British Independent wrestler who goes by the name of Ringo Ryan (brilliant wrestler and its a shame he hasnt been given a chance over in the US but hes still only young so I really hope he does get a shot as hes one of the coolest and nicest people Ive ever met) and is good mates with Mason Ryan. I was talking to him today on our lunch hour about it and he said hes one of the nicest fellas he's ever met in wrestling and he was made up that he'd been given the opportunity as hes deserving of it. He told me that hes an OK worker but still a bit green, however he said that he can go hold for hold with most of the guys that the two of them used to work with and was by no means a bad worker. Ryan also told me that he'll have far more experience than most of the current FCW roster and most of the guys who have come up from FCW into WWE recently.
He told me the story of how he got spotted by the promoter that they used to both work for. It was in a bar and the promoter sent over my mate Ryan because he was huge at the time to ask if he was interested in it. Ryan also told me the story of how he got picked up by WWE and it was asimple "Your the kind of guy we are looking for" and they signed him right their and then to a contract without even seeing what he could do in the ring. Apparently Mason was signed to a contract which gave him nearly double what the usual rate of what other wrestlers they sign to developmental contracts get as they said they have big plans for him.
Ryan told me that he keeps in contact with him and Mason keeps in contact with all of the guys he used to work with and is pretty humble unlike Sheamus and Drew McIntyre who according to Ryan have completely inflated egos even when they were just in FCW as Mason sent home a load of christmas presents to all of the guys who he used to work with each year.

| Oh and also, Ryan said that Mason doesnt need the steroids to keep that physique that he has at the moment as that is now his natural body look as hes had that for years. | |
