| Four months ago, he was most people's pick to win MITB. He was having a good run with Randy Orton, looked sharp in the Royal Rumble, got to eliminate a couple of guys in Swagger and R-Truth before Cena eliminated him, was part of the Elimination Chamber barely three weeks ago, and looked good in that too...
And yet he's not on the Mania card (at time of typing).
Why? He looked excellent in last year's MITB match, pulled off some excellent moves, people will point at Randy Orton a couple of months back on Raw shouting 'Stupid!' at him for botching something, but after that he was still in the Elimination Chamber and even did a run-in on Cena and Batista on Raw this week.
Just seems a bit odd that a guy who WWE have been seemingly pushing, is over with the crowd, could win MITB or at the least pull off a couple of stunts isn't even on the card...
(of course, if something happened on Smackdown and he's now on it, just ignore me. I avoid spoilers for the blue brand, so have no idea if anything happened with him or not. But I'd be surprised.)

| As far as i know there is still one spot open for the MITB match so he could make it and would really bring the match to life. If not i agree it is a great surprise Kofi not being part of Mania | |

| I thought the spot had been filled by - Spoiler:
Evan Bourne
on this weeks Raw(I know its not really a spoiler but some may not have seen it yet)? As for Kofi, well Randy needs a tag partner since legacy don't seem to be breaking up anytime soon, and I'm sure WWE are stupid enough to make it Kofi. "You won my respect" and all that bollocks. |

Has there ever been a MITB with more than 8? I know WWE like alot of their guys to get a WM payday but come on 9 maybe 10 in MITB, that's waaaay to much.

| I'm more concerned about Carlito, Tyson Kidd etc rather than Kofi Kingston. Kofi has dropped his game in the last couple of months but I suppose you can't blame him as he seems to be constantly scrutinised from Randy Orton etc.
And i will stand by my statement Kofi Kingston will never be a world champion and I really don't get his involvement in the Raw main event on Monday, ok put him over as a face but there is really no need to shove him down our throats when there is really no logic for him to interfere.
And the answer to your question is no Bazz. 6 @ Mania 21 8 at all others

| It seems Drew McIntyre is the Storyline chosen superstar of vince. Which many of WWE 's big names have done before The Rock and thriple H being the main two. But I'm feeling Drew's done to little to be give these storyline favours. Sorry for off-topic rant. | |

| So Kofi then.
This whole Drew thing who looks bang on to win the MITB being as he's the one getting a plot around the whole thing, am I the only one that just doesn't get him at all?

| I'm struggling to see the big deal with him to be honest, being Scottish I'm hopeful he will be big but I just don't see it yet, he definitely has potential but I just don't see what the fuss is yet | |

| I'm a big fan of McIntyre, think his in ring work is very good aswell as his mic work. Not quite the finished article but he's got a lot of potential.
I'm banking on there being a "If Kofi wins we riot" sign in the audience. It's what I'd do, I can't stand him!

| I quite like Kofi, think he was a shoo-in for the MitB until Orton did his 'stupid stupid stupid' rant at him, before that though I thought Orton was brilliant with him | |

| The thing is with McIntyre is that he has done nothing to make him stand out yet, what makes him any different from Ziggler apart from his height, Mike Knox has a more interesting personality ATM and he isn't the most exciting in the ring either (and before anyone says it, I'm not expecting him to be jumping all over the place in a Mysterio style). Perhaps if he was a tweener in the sense that he just beats up anyone regardless instead of doing the predictable routine that consists of "battering a babyface upon your debut, cheat to win a midcard title and do the same to beat the monster faces". Sheamus has that down and at least he varied it (he retired the face, won a world title and hasn't faced any monster faces yet, but was made to look weak against the established main eventers instead ). Sorry for the rant but this is one thing that has been pissing me off for months now. Him winning MITB? Fuck that, see avatar <<< | |

The house show I saw him at in Cardiff, he was brilliant. Played the heel role perfectly, even picked on some kid with Downs Symdrome in the front row for booing him, refused to wrestle unless this kid got thown out (by the way, the kid loved every minute of it), his pre-match promo was really well performed, and he best Matt Hardy with feet on the ropes pinfall. On TV, he just seems to have had his personality sucked out of him. Like virtually every other new heel in WWE, he needs a feud with an over face who will let him showcase what he can do. Rey or Matt Hardy would be my shouts.
