The ruling is shit through and through, however alot of Wolves fans do not understand the difference between a weak side and a weakend side. They highlight the Man Utd vs West Ham game with Tevez as a weak Utd team however:
Van Der Sar, O'Shea, Heinze, Brown, Evra(Giggs),Fletcher, Carrick(Scholes), Richardson, Solskjaer, Smith(Ronaldo)
This team is weakend and TBH not to a great extent as at the time i beileve several key players were missing at the time i believe as well though, but Ronaldo was the only sub stronger then the player he came on for.
Compare this to the team they played against Hull City just before the Champions League final:
Kuszczak, Da Silva, Brown, Neville, De Leat, Nani, Fletcher, Gibson, Welbeck, Martin, Macheda
1 starting player, THATS 10 CHANGES MADE INCASE THE PREMIER LEAGUE DON'T REALISE!

a statement by Richard Scudamore says:
"You can't alter the fact they've won the league and they've got the most significant game the following Wednesday against Barcelona," Scudamore told BBC Radio 5 Live.
"You have to be realistic: they've got a squad, and therefore you can't argue that they deploy the benefit of that squad in a game on Sunday."
Wolves deployed their squad so that they could get 3 points against Burnley...diference being?
On the note about Arsenal, a majority of the time it is league cup games where the 'kids' play not premier league games so they don't count. However for PL games the 'kids' are on the bench or playing enough to be considered that they could be realistic premier league players for arsenal, wolves fielded players like Matt Hill which was his first premier league appearance same with Utd with De Laet etc
