Seamus Heat???

Can any of you guys see Seamus getting any genuine heat in the future? Or do you think he will always get the 'get the fuck off my TV' sort of heat? There seems to be some murmors from the crowd during his entrances but like I said this seems to be people just not wanting to see him. Has anyone seen it any different than this?

I mean all the guy does is come and say hes the doubley doubley e champyaaan and then raise his belt and go RAAAAAH.

If the guy has to be Champion, I'd like to see him try and earn some genuine heat by being a great heel. Rather than getting booed because people didnt pay their money to see him.

It must also be noted that I dont pay close attention to his segments (usually hit the forward button for most), so he maybe doing some good work I just havent seen it.

If he loses the WWE title, he should attack Taker (who would still be World Heavyweight Champion at this time) the SmackDown after Mania putting Taker out of action (so he can take his break) and vacating the WHC. Sheamus would then go on to win the tournament to crown the new champ (beating Edge in an Extreme Rules final match and generally battering him)

Sheamus would then dominate SD for a few months (maybe having a tag team reign with Batista) before Taker returns and beats Sheamus (not necassarily for the world title).

I think if Sheamus took out Taker, fans would sit up and take notice and he would gain more respect if he beats Edge in a hardcore match, an area where Edge is held in high regard.

IMO, he is not as bad as I thought he would be, that said, I still do not want to see him in one of the main events at Mania. Hopefully, he drops the title at Elimination Chamber and then goes on to MITB or take part in a NXT Battle Royal or whatever!

I like Seamus, unfortunatly I think his title run has been booked very poorly, but since he's friends with Triple H (I think) I hope it's only because it's his first run with the belt.

It's a shame, he has a unique look, can talk and can look devastating, the crowd just don't care, creative really should have fed him some big names by now

I'd have liked to see him have an open challenge to anyone in the WWE then go over the likes of Kane, Matt Hardy, John Morrison, MVP, Mark Henry

i like sheamus too however he gets no crowd reaction whatsoever, he needed a feud in the upper mid card before ascending into the main event slot. it is good however that wwe are at least attempting to elevate some of their youngsters into the main events

he needs to boost his monster heel status, take out a main eventer rather then ride on taking out Noble.

You have 5 main eventers who have asked for time off after Mania, HBK and Undertaker are out of the question most likely, Jericho same.

However Triple H fued lasts to Over the Limit PPV where Sheamus takes out Triple H at which point he gets the surgery and takes a month or 2 off, in which time Sheamus now on Smackdown as fued lasted past the draft, proceeds to take out Rey Mysterio as well.

This means Sheamus will have taken out 2 of WWE's biggest faces and would give him some genuine heat and proof of being able to do so by taking Hunter out.

the thing with sheamus is he doesnt go and get cheap heat like jericho and start ripping into the crowd.all his heat is well earned.which isnt much. also, he says doubleya doubleya e champion. not doubley

Sheamus has a unique look to say the least, he's completely jaced and can make moves look devastating, I think he needs to go over Triple H at Mania if they want to cement his monster heel status and make sure he has a strong showing over the entire feud.

does he have a wimpy handler who translates for him?

if this match against hhh happens at mania then i cant see hhh letting sheamus go over him because hhh record at mania isnt great and he has lost alot of matches at mania so i cant see him losing this one.and it will be a big blow for sheamus because he needs that big win.the furthest he will get to going over hunter is that powerbomb a few weeks ago

Sheamus didn't /has not gotten much heat in my view is the fact he yet to have match or fued to get him it. he Won the title in a superplex counter every deffence he won by DQ when he was on the back foot. For a Monster Heel im not convinced yet and Shouting im the doubley doubley e champion didnt make me hate him it made me laugh.

He need a good fued with a big babyface to get him heat. The CM punk fued with Jeff Hardy being a good Example.
