WWE Releases Expected Soon!!

Wang Yang i would say yes, maybe Koslov too and a load of young guys from ECW

I suppose it's good news in a way. Get rid of the dead wood and keep hold and push the future stars.....

Dolph Ziggler and Primo? Can't see them being let go TBH. Not sure about Carlito though, reckon he might become part of a stable (possibly a business-like version of LAX with Escobar and Primo if you know what I mean). I do hope Carlito does go as it might give him a much needed kick up the arse. Don't know if he would go to TNA, I think he might be getting tired/is tired of the whole wrestling business.

And although it wouldn't be a huge loss, it would be weird not seeing Mark Henry around lol.

Primo is apparantly frustrated with his current role as it is with WWE, him and Escobar already were a tag team in FCW called Puerto Rican Nightmares so I can see them reforming as a last throw of the dice for both of them.

Dolph Ziggler looks to be one of those guys that is suffering from the Kennedy factor (continued push but just never seeming to step up to the plate).
Henry was frustrated a couple of years after the Michael Hayes racism incident (and thus got a title reign on ECW and then a move to RAW) now that's over and he's back jobbing to the likes of the Miz I think he may decide to call it a day.

wouldnt make sense to bring Carlito back to tv just to release him shortly after and i can see Masters staying same with Tatsu, why put him on Raw (albeit for 1 night) if they know they will release him.

They may have stopped their push on Ziggler but they wont release him, they have built him up well only for him to go to another show and already be a recognised wrestler, with WWE not having gotten much from him.

Isnt Henry on a fixed contract for a set length? (article on 606 about how much people earn)

I didn't say it would be immediate, I said in the course of next year. In Carlito's case he's probably getting one minor push as a sink or swim, throwing him a bone and seeing if this time he bothers to bite it.

I know when he first signed for the WWF in 96 he was on a 10 year contract for around $1 million a year. But I assumed that since that ended he's just be on a standard contract. In the past couple of years he's actually become quite a decent wrestler so I'd be surprised if they got rid of him just yet.

Erm, isn't Funaki something big backstage? I'm sure there has been explanations why he hasn't been released before.

Mark Henry will not be getting released, he is a big guy, he is always on RAW, very seldom does the job, strangly enough is over with the live crowd, has good theme music and is massive, something Vince likes, the fact he is black just makes McMahons Orgasm even greaater

Mark Henry is one of my guilty pleasures, I secretly always enjoyed his matches. i honestly think he's under-rated, he's pretty decent on the mic, I'd bet good money on him being totally clean of steroids and has improved as an in-ring performer.

Releases I reckon should be along the lines of Chris Masters (has only recently ben accepted for his 'pec dance' for Sharon Osborne, still can't wrestle for shit, EricEscobar (must be a record for time in development and the fastest face turn on being called up to the main roster), a coupole of Divas, and possibly Paul Burchill.

I thought they where going to run a Orton/Henry program over the summer, the crowd where insanely behind him for some unknown reason (well it was probably because he was a face booked like he could beat Orton who wasn't Cena or HHH) and after he basically squashed him on his RAW re-debut it could have been booked easily enough, Orton would no doubt have held onto the strap but it would have freshened it up a bit
