I know it doesn't really make sense but look at this year's No Way Out. Yes, Edge took out Kofi Kingston but just because you take someone out of a match doesn't mean you automatically replace them.

And when Punk was attacked by Legacy before his World Heavyweight Championship Scramble match at Unforgiven '08, Chris Jericho took his place and not any members of Legacy, it didn't make sense to me.

I am a little confused about something and I don't know if has already been addressed but why did Kofi Kingston and Randy Orton with no belt on the line get such a high spot on the card, I wasn't so keen on that

I presume it was a way of breaking up the many championship matches that took place last night. 5 titles were defended I think. And it may also be the end of the feud which is why they decided to give it a higher position on the card.

The whole card was mixed up but i feel Kingston vs Orton was a good match and well placed for this PPV.

It was the hottest feud going into the PPV so it deserved a high spot, also, you have to try and break up the gimmick matches by putting regular matches between them

Been thinking with regards to the Cena/Sheamus title topic.
Cena appeared at the Tribute to the Troops wearing his belt, that is still yet to air in the States, don't they normally broadcast it to follow storylines rather than explain it was filmed prior to a title change?
If it's the first then Cena's getting the title back tonight.

While I'm not ruling that out, I don't think they would over complicate things so much, I think they would explain it away prior to the show, they could also just edit it to show the match and that way you wouldn't see who was champ
