Sky on Live

Just watched a video on Xbox Live that says it will be free for Gold members with sky subscriptions which means it isn't free you're just not directly paying for it. Luckily I have both of those, but I wonder, 'cos the sky will be with my dad not me I won't get it?

Meh, surely it count for the household, not just the holder?

How they gonna tell it's you and not your Dad using it anyway

Cos the Live is using my e-mail not my dads.

And the sky will be using my dad's e-mail.

Add another account for ya Dad on live then

Anyway, I still think it'll be household, the account holder probs just has to enter some details on Xbox to get it working, like your pin code or summit.

Why would it do that?

Takes a lot less CPU usage to stream a programme than to play a game.

Don't have Sports or Movies and the music channel is good too so this is great stuff.

Do you have any idea of what channels are included in the Xbox Live Sky package Leak? Will it be "live TV" as in you are watching the same program on your Xbox that is being shown on (for example) Sky Sports 3 at the same time, or will there only be a list of programs to choose from.

Suprised but glad there is no extra cost for current Sky TV subscribers. Would be even better if they managed to put Sky + and HD on there.

I think it is like BBC I-Player, so it's on-demand, I know you get live Premiership football, I guess that might be the same for other sports. Don't think you get box office though.

I think you get Sports, Movies, Music and Sky 1,2 & 3 although or I am not sure about the last three.

Good good. Live Premiership football and live WWE (such as RAW and Sky Sports PPV's) are all I'm interested in TBH, ITV 2, Channel 4 + 1, E4 and Sky 1,2 and 3 wouldn't go amiss either. I'm not too bothered about Box Office, will probably only buy WrestleMania every year on the proper Sky box on the main TV. Cheers for the info.

Here are some pictures. After reading some other articles about Sky on Xbox, I've seen that there may be an extra cost for watching live TV, if that's the case, then it will be no Xbox Sky for me. No point in just paying for their version of iPlayer. Was hoping it would just be a free version of Multiroom.
