I expect they'll invent or re-brand a Thursday or Friday night highlights show, too. A proper, watchable one.

Teddy Long! We need some new main event tag team matches...

I'm juts hoping they keep one world title, defended across both shows. I'd stick the tag titles on both shows, keep the women and the US title on Raw, then put the IC and a new cruiserweight title on Smackdown. I'd also make a big deal of Number 1 contenders matches, rather than just bringing 4 guys down and shoving them into a fatal four-way or to beat the champ up.
