WWE New Brand

WWE are stepping up the gear with the new HOF arena also they will be adding a forth brand to the WWE by the end of the year or by the start of next year.Rumours say that Vince is bring back WCW and will give Bret "The Hitman" Heat GM but those are just rumours but there will be a new brand.
what do you think the new brand will be called and how will WWE introduce it?

first of all, after the interview of bret hart in the sun last month, i don't think wwe are gona give bret the gm of any brand.

second of all, closing wcw was the biggest victory for vince mc mahon, why would he bring that back.

third of all, wwe doesn't not need any fourth brand as investing in a fourth brand now will cause wwe to have less money to invest in wrestlemania next year which the diamond anniversary of the wrestlemania and IMO it is gonna be great

and if what you said is truth as you said it yourself, the fourth brand might have the name of wcw itself, but i doubt this would happened
