2014 predictions

A bit late for the start of the year, but here goes:

What will happen to the following wrestlers in 2014 (I've not included TNA as I have no idea who's still there):

AJ Lee - Fueding over Diva's title with Paige at Summerslam when she gets promoted to the main roster, will still be near top of the pile for Divas

John Cena - Still the man, to have held the title after Summerslam through to just after Survivor Series

Ryback - Jobbing

Cody Rhodes - Starting a push back towards the main event, will hold a unified IC and US title by Survivor Series

Seth Rollins - Will turn face eventually but not before Roman Reigns leaves The Shield and Rollins remains with Dean Ambrose for the time being, tag team champs again this year

PAC / Adrian Neville - Promoted to main roster at some point.

Wade Barrett - Will continue to look like he may make the main event but fall just short, will hold merged US/IC title going into 2015.

Antonio Cesaro - Fueding over US/IC title, will leave Swagger and Coulter

The Miz - He will just be around, bit of a nothing year for him.

Who will hold the following on 31st December 2014:

WWE title: Daniel Bryan

Intercontinental champion: Wade Barrett

Money In The Bank: Reckon it will be used before this but Roman Reigns to have won it.

And your three random predictions:

1 - Sheamus heel turn shortly after his return

2- Batista not to hold the world title

3- New Evolution group - Orton (Triple H's role), Dean Ambrose (Randy's role) Ric Flair brought back as manager with Triple H as a backer of the group and heel Brodus Clay as enforcer.

What will happen to the following wrestlers in 2014 (I've not included TNA as I have no idea who's still there):

AJ Lee - will be a face, will still be the greatest female character ever.

John Cena - will be injured and miss a chunk of time. Will turn heel when Daniel Bryan takes over as the main face of the WWE. Will also break Flair's record of number of world titles.

Ryback - fired.

Cody Rhodes - about to be pushed to the main event. Possibly by winning MITB..

Seth Rollins - midcard face, doing nothing.

PAC / Adrian Neville - brought to the main roster, gets over huge, WWE refuses to push him.

Wade Barrett - still floating around, doing nothing.

Antonio Cesaro - turns face, upp-card guy who doesn't quite get to the main event.

The Miz - dead after OD-ing on crystal meth. That'd be nice.

Who will hold the following on 31st December 2014:

1 - Brock Lesnar will hold the WWE World title.

Money In The Bank: Dean Ambrose

And your three random predictions:

1 - Shelton Benjamin will resign

2- Colin Cassady/Enzo Amore will become massive (hopefully)

3- Rey Mysterio will be released (hopefully)

AJ Lee - bumped down the pack in the divas division. Becomes a manager/girlfriend of Seth Rollins

John Cena - Still around the main event scene but will not hold the title in 2014.

Ryback - Grows his hair out and becomes a Wyatt.

Cody Rhodes - Team with Goldust until Summerslam where cracks become evident. Slow burning feud whilst still competing for the tag team titles until the end of the year.

Seth Rollins - Will be a face by December after the Shield fall apart. Wins the IC title.

PAC / Adrian Neville - Promoted to the main roster but with no discernible gimmick. He becomes the new Paul London/Evan Bourne/Justin Gabriel...

Wade Barrett - Will recover from the Bad News Barrett gimmick and push towards a main event slot by aligning with a top heel.

Antonio Cesaro - Real Americans dispand. Cesaro feuds with John Cena in the upper midcard for a portion of 2014.

The Miz - Same position as this year.

Who will hold the following on 31st December 2014:

WWE title: Sheamus

Intercontinental champion: Seth Rollins

Money In The Bank: Sheamus

And your three random predictions:

1- MVP will wrestle on TV in America

2- The Ascension will hold the WWE Tag Team titles in 2014

3- Batista is sidelined before the end of the year

AJ Lee - Will beat CM Punks 434 day title reign

John Cena - Will start to let people beat him clean and will be the most respected guy back stage for it

Ryback - no change from 2013

Cody Rhodes - Not a great deal. a money in the bank participant but a nearly man

Seth Rollins - will become superstar of the year 2014 and will be in the match of the year against Daniel Bryan

PAC / Adrian Neville - will become a Mackem

Wade Barrett - wanting to be future endevered because they haven't a clue what to do with him

Antonio Cesaro - last 4 in the rumble, MITB winner.

The Miz - half the year out in hollywood

Who will hold the following on 31st December 2014:

Intercontinental champion: Seth Rollins

Money In The Bank: Antonio Cesaro (SD) and Big E (raw)

And your three random predictions:

1 - JBL will be GM of Smackdown or Raw

2- John Morrison will return to WWE

3- Stone Cold Will not Wrestle in WWE

AJ Lee - Will hold Diva's title before losing to Paige at SummerSlam

John Cena - WWE Champion

Ryback - odd appearance here and there

Cody Rhodes - IC/US Title and as mack says a nearly man

Seth Rollins - US/IC Title challenger as a face

PAC / Adrian Neville - no idea who these lads are but they seem to get a good reception here so probably promoted to main shows

Wade Barrett - decent level heel with maybe a few title matches

Antonio Cesaro - IC/US title challenger

The Miz - fuck all same as 2013

Who will hold the following on 31st December 2014:

Money In The Bank: Cody Rhodes

And your three random predictions:

1 - Brock Lesnar wins a title

2- Undertaker finally retires

3- John Morrison/MVP/Matt Hardy return to WWE and do nothing

A mixed bag. Some predictions spot on though.

I got AJ Lee pretty much spot on.

Barrett and Cesaro were kinda right.

Brock did/does hold the WWE title, and Rock sort of came back for his one-off promo.

Apart from that, miles off.
