I think that the MITB PPV is in June so I would imagine that Swagger would cash it in before then unless he uses it to get a match at the MITB PPV itself like RVD did at One Night Stand back in 2006.

i know Kennedy had to drop it due to injury, but he said he would be cashing it in at Wrestlemania 24
