10 years from now.. what will the WWE be like? who will we cheer for?
who will head line WM?
Will WWE even be around?

We will be cheering for the likes of Orton, DiBiase, Rhodes , Swagger , Bourne , McIntyre, Ziggler, Morrison, Miz and Carlito. Cena also will probably still be around unless he does a Rock and goes to Hollywood full time.

The above list can headdline Mania in my opinion

and WWE will be around being the main industry in wrestling.

Will TNA still be around though? Thats a bigger question

TNA will still be around if they dont do what they want to do and thats get in Hogan and Nash on the main booking and creative team if that happens its the end of TNA

I dont think you can predict that far in advance. Before about 6 months ago I hadn't watched wrestling for about 10 years and the only ones I recognised were Triple H, Michaels Edge, Jericho, Undertaker and the Hardy's. Couldnt believe Jeff Hardy was world champ.

Will have to try and catch up with some of the last 10 years

I think it's really short sighted to suggest that the current mid to lower card will be the main event in ten years time.

Was Cena, Orton, Batista, CM Punk, Edge (kinda, but he really was a fringe player until Edge + Christian progressed) around ten years ago?

No!

Believe me, there will be plenty of new introductions in 10 years time and some of them are bound to rise incredibly quick.

Fair crack though, HHH and Rock were on there way up but they were so good I would regard them as exceptions.

No way will all the "promising" stars end up as the main event crop in a decade, which is a huge amount of time in WWE land.

The only thing I feel prepared to safely predict is that Ric Flair will still be wrestling.

I agree with mrtc2003, and laughed hysterically when I read that.

If I may look at the time in between these 10 years... Here are a few predictions...

1. TNA and WWE WILL have a Monday night ratings war in the NEAR future. It will be similar to the WCW/ECW invasion.

2. One of the two businesses will probably be bought out, and this WILL happen if Bischoff thinks he can do it with the TNA.

3. Cena will become the next Bret Hart. Orton will be the next Stone Cold. I say this because it seems like Orton would be the only one to go against McMahon exceptionally, and Cena, well, he's already getting screwed.

4. Jerhico will be dubbed to the Hall of Fame for his great matches and championship reigns. This may happen before he retires.

5. Finally, The Rock will make a return, but this will happen sooner than 10 years.

i think in ten years guys like HHH and cena will be in the hall of fame
