Jeff Jarrett Gone From TNA

It appears as of this afternoon that Jeff Jarrett is out. Dutch Mantel was there to take care of Jarrett's interest, and to make sure he got his way creatively. Carter has to cut him, and the people like him who are there in Jarrett's' best interest, and not Carter's company, so that they don't try to undercut her efforts to send the company in a new creative direction. That's an old game - keep the new regime off point to prepare for the return of the old way.

I didnt really think they would get rid of him TNA is really heading into a new direction after all i just hope its the right one as i enjoy and like TNA better than WWE

Its good news, for TNA to succeed and really make a play for ratings it does need to change certain aspects and Jarrett was always a "one for the boys" type of guy, seemed a decent enough guy mind you, tried to look after his mates and keep them in a job, but it was never going to be enough to get them the platform they needed, now, get rid of the 6 sided ring and they might be taken seriously by casuals

the only thing i dont get about this is that jarrett hasnt been brought out wwhich means he still has stakes in TNA also the 6 sided ring makes it different they use to wrestle in a 4 sided ring

Well if the rumors are true and he has left. TNA will hopefully for their sake hold onto their main man in the company which is Kurt Angle. What now for Jarrett though?It'd Be interesting to see him in wwe . Trying to bring his old company into bankrupcy. Doubt he would go to WWE though and doubt Vince would take him to be honest

If Vince took him, he'd probably be jobbed to Chavo to make a point about TNA.

I think it'll be interesting, to say the least, over the next few weeks. With Jarrett gone it looks like Kurt Angle will be staying as Carter was mainly responsible for negotiating his first deal. If the rumours of Angle going on that american show are true, Dixie will try and sign him up as it'll promote TNA.

If Angle gets creative control will be a different matter though.

Just because its different doesn't make it better, its one of the main reasons no one takes it seriously

i didnt say it did make it better because its different one thing i think they have a 6 side ring is so there not compared to WWE

they are an American main stream Pro Wrestling company, they will always be compared to the WWE, they want to be compared to the WWE, if they didn't they wouldn't spend so long promoting WWE guys in TNA, hardly a promo goes by without some mention of the WWE or a reference from it

i liked how on the recent edition they were talking down the camera to dixie lol i thought the show had a differant feel already and this will have been recorded just when the stuff started off to push jarrett out of the fray. I liked the new titles too, although it was probably 200 edition special? think they should keep them though.
