I don't think the WWE really get how important an announcer is, for a big match I believe the sound of a recognisable announcer who sounds like he is a big occasion himself makes the match seem more important, Lillian never had that big match voice in my opinion, its hard to explain, but Fink had it, Michael Buffer has it too

Micheal Buffer is a legend lol. Even when he was calling one of the War Games matches in WCW with the long introduction of the rule's, he really did add alot to the feel of the match.

Can I ask where the source for this is? WWE have denied they are getting rid of her, even JR blogged about it a couple of week's back. Jeremy Borash in TNA is a good announcer when he announces the world title he really makes it sound important.
