even if they are trying to say that. its an embarresing way to do it. they might as well be shooting themselves in the foot because any "respectable" mackem visiting this site will not feel a sense of superiority looking at the most spectacular city in the north east as being a part of their own city.

seems a bit cheap and pathetic if you ask me. it seems they have nothing like this in sunderland so they go to newcastle!

the bridges connect newcastle and gateshead. sunderland is 19 miles away from them bridges. and i go down newcastle every saturday nite baz, trust me. its always that good. just standing on the millenium bridge and looking out at the scene before you is breathtaking.

and yeah disco, i know it sounds like im blaming all the mackems. but thats just the tyne wear derby.

no doubt your team is the best team in the north east. i called it the day sunderland beat newcastle 2-1 that the tide is shifting. newcastle were the best team in the north east for about 10-15 years and im gracious in defeat. sunderland is the better team.
