RAW Rating! UPDATED for this week 23/02/09

was a good raw only match one match was crap was melina vs beth i feel asleep and woke when the divas were beating santino up loved the ending as well i can see triple h going mental till he gets his hands on orton

I would think that this rating is because of No Way Out and Edge winning the World Championship. But hopefully WWE can keep it up.

I think Edge winning the RAW chamber had a huge impact on the viewing figures, that being said the RAW after No Way Out is traditionally the show that kicks off the march to WrestleMania

they have been building to get the fans watching.

i mean undertaker in the main event vs orton was clearly to get people looking surely lol.

then get the smackdown fans over and edge fans and hype other things up too.

wont be suprised if another big name is planned to be on raw soon before another massive twist in a story maybe, to keep people watching untill mania

The fact is though that despite being planned a week in advance, The Undertaker RAW draw its lowest joint rating of the year at 3.4

austin will be on raw soon has to be that'll get alot of fans in watching

I doubt Austin will get many more viewers watching than last Monday Night

goal now is to keep them tuning in.

thing is though, they got a 3.9 the week before the Rumble for McMahons return, Orton punting him and then winning the Rumble couldn't keep the same amount of viewers, it was back down to a 3.6 the following week when everyone assumed even more would tune in to find out what was going to happen to the Rumble winner

Yes mate, I meant to say it was back down to 3.6

Dolph Ziggler has been doing dark matches just now, not much for him to do at the moment, I get the feeling he was only built up for McMahons

According to data compiled by Neilson Media Research, the February 16th edition of WWE RAW did a 4.1 cable rating and averaged nearly 6 million viewers for the two hour broadcast. The hourly numbers were 3.86 and 4.35. The last time RAW drew a 4.1 was December 10, 2007, which is great news for WWE headed into WrestleMania season.

This is seen as a good number compared to what WWE has been doing lately, and management must be happy with the increase in ratings leading up to WrestleMania.

This week in 2008, RAW pulled a 3.5 rating for the last episode of February. In 2007 for this week the show pulled a 4.3, and the number stayed around the 4.0 mark dating back to 2003 for the last RAW episode in February of that year. You have to look all the way back to 2002 to see the numbers increase, when it got a 4.7. Looking back further, it got a 5.1 in 2002, a whopping 6.5 in 2000, a 6.3 in 1999, and a 3.2 in 1998 before falling back into the 2’s for ‘97, ‘96, and ‘95.

I can see Dolph replacing Santino in "Glamarella" or maybe either Dolph turns face with Beth and feuds with Santino who teams up with Rosa Mendez?

I just get the feeling that Beth and Santino will turn on each other soon as Santino seems to be costing Beth a lot of matches as of late.
