| Well obviously we all know Matt Hardy turned heel on his brother at The Royal Rumble and it became all to predictable in the end, now it left Edge in limbo, only the week before Edge beat Matt up on SmackDown! with the help of Mark Henry and Jack Swagger, why? I still don't know, however many including myself believe it was only a swerve because Christian Cages return became predictable as well.
Now Edge is the WWE champion (again) and one of the top 4 guys in the business in my opinion but he has absolutely nothing on just now, no programme and like another heel on RAW in Chris Jericho, has been proven to be telling the truth the whole time (claiming he didn't attack Jeff)
Now Matt has turned heel, there is talk of him teaming up with Edge during house shows over the next 4-6 weeks, it looks like they will begin to build these too as allies, however this could be the perfect time for Matt who is looking after number one these days, to extract revenge on Edge for his misdemeanors of the past, Obviously his feud with his brother would need to come to a head and sit on the back burner for a while, and by this time I also expect Christian to be back full time and as a heel, so I do think top level faces might be at a premium, I can see Matt Hardy make a play for Vickie Guerrero and have her cheat on him, it would turn Edge face, something I think he needs anyway, and it would freshen up the main event scene, Christian could be in on it too, claiming he enjoyed watching Matt hurt his brother Jeff, so wanted to help hurt 'his brother' simply because like Jeff, Edge has it handed on a plate to him while Matt like Christian had to fight tooth and nail for the attention and respect either crave!
I think this would be a good way to work Matt, and it would also get Edge away from Vickie, something I feel he needs, it would also play into the history of both wrestlers which is always good, continuity and story progression is always enjoyable no matter how far incidents are apart, its human nature!

| I'm still unsure whether Christian will be involved in this angle at all, I think WWE will try and pull a swerve and have Christian appear in a completly different feud, possibly on Raw.
I also think Edge will move to Raw soon, he seems to have done pretty much everything as a main event heel on Smackdown and I don't think WWE are quite ready to turn him face just yet. I can see a feud with Michaels if he returns to Raw.
I like the idea of Matt making Vickie cheat on Edge, I would also like him after Edge and Vickie have split up for Matt to dump Vickie and say he means what he say and he only cares for himself.

| I would like to see Matt and Vickie to have an affair but in doing that it would turn Edge face, thats why I think if it happened he would turn face.
The only way I can see Edge getting away from Vickie and remaining a heel would be a draft to RAW

| The Matt Jeff Edge Christian thing has the potential to be the best feud ever for me, without Christian so far i've been loving every minute of whats happend.
How good was Matts promo the other week on smackdown!? didnt no he was capable of that
Id like this to play out so its every man for himself with the title in the middle.
I do like your idea, would be unexpected and a good way to turn Edge face.
Theese four would have to stay on Smackdown for me, if anything it would have to be HHH and Taker to move away to RAW, or at least one of them, Having the four of them in the same company would be foolish to let one or two go to seperate brands

| For me I'd still prefer the option of Jeff & Christian v Edge & Matt. Reason being is that although us internet fans know how great Christian is, the WWE universe for a large part don't. The kids that do remember think he's still the midcarder, the poor man's Edge. If he came back and allied with Matt (the poor man's Jeff) then the rivalry would be lopsided. Personally I think Christian is better than Edge on the mic whilst Jeff is the weakest so matching the strongest and poorest mic skills would cover up for Jeff too. | |

| I can see where your coming from Maccs, however if Christian comes back as a face then it leaves him open for defeats, the faces always find a way to get screwed, he is a natural heel/tweener, so for me I think bringing him back in his preferred role would allow him to be more comfortable thus making it easier to play the natural, also its easier to get heat than it is to get a pop, if his return was to instantly cost Jeff or Edge a match then there is no way remember him or not he wont get a big reaction!
I don't know how this became about Christian though, I was just wondering if they could possibly do something with Matt and Edge to further stamp Matts arrival on the big stage while using history as a vechile for the programme
