The Ultimate Warrior Needs You!

This is one of the funniest situations I have ever seen. The Warrior is making his return on June 25th. I'm part of his official website because I had a chance to win that yellow belt. Anyway, I got this e-mail from that site.

"We informed VIP Members earlier today of a serious threat made by an “Anti Warrior” group on Myspace. They are planning to protest outside the event and they have plans to “jump the barricade”.

We will be posting a video about this later tonight, but at this time the NWE has concerns about this threat as Warrior refuses to back down and he will make his return at ALL costs on June 25 in Barcelona, Spain.

This group claims to be 800 strong and says they will “disrupt” and even “stop” the event and they claim they will do it live on Warrior TV.

This raises a serious security issue for the match.

The Warrior must feel genuinely unsettled by this because this is from the official Warrior website. How funny would it be if there was just a huge brawl at his return.

Time for The Ultimate Warrior to REPLY

YouTube Legend and 'Life Champion' Chad Bischoff earlier today.



It's been made clear by Anti-Warrior President Chad Bischoff that he wants The Ultimate Warrior to make a video and give his thoughts on Chad Bischoff and the Anti-Warriors recent online protests against him.

Chad Bischoff has guaranteed a mass disruption this Wednesday June 25th as The Ultimate Warrior returns to the ring to take on NWE Champion Orlando Jordan. 'Jump The Barricade' is the campaign that has captured many within the last couple of weeks and this coming Wednesday Chad Bischoff vows he along with 200 others will 'Jump The Barricade' in protest against The Ultimate Warrior at different times during the night as The Ultimate Warrior returns to the ring to cause as much chaos as possible.

Anti-Warrior President and 'Life Champion' Chad Bischoff is now requesting that The Ultimate Warrior makes a video and addresses Chad Bischoff and The Anti-Warriors.



The Anti-Warriors will see you all in Barcelona, Spain on Wednesday June 25th outside the Pabellon Olimpico Arena.

This just in from Warrior HQ:
During the past few days there have been highly publicized (and articulated) threats towards The Ultimate Warrior during his return on June 25th in Barcelona, Spain. There have been creative video’s posted on YouTube along with detailed blog postings on what may occur the day of the match. All of these threats at this point are being taken serious, as they should be. Furthermore, we have received thousands of emails asking if this is some type of a work generated by Ultimate Warrior TV to create hype and continued subscriptions for the Pay-Per-View. This is unequivocally false. It would not only be childish but deceptive. A simple Google search of the individuals name (which he has offered numerous times) who is behind this effort will prove he is a real person that does indeed exist. Warrior will be providing a response to the public on this matter late evening tonight.

When Bernie Gernay told the Ultimate Warrior about the threats being made by the Anti-Warrior group (who has threatened to “stop the match at all costs”), The Ultimate Warrior was in a RAGE, went OUT OF CONTROL, and said,

“Bring it on — with all of the frustration and mishaps that happened in Spain, that will give me an excuse to kill someone and get away with it.”





Still not so sure it isn't a publicity stunt but still, should be interesting none the less.

There is a super funny exchange somewhere on somethingawful.com. It is a comedy site, and among other things they feature an "Awful link of the day" with particularly bad websites.

One day, the Warrior-homepage http://www.ultimatewarrior.com/ was "Awful link of the day" and the Admin of the awful-site gets some funny reactions from that.

It seems that Ultimate W's lawyer noticed the "awful link" issue and starts to threaten the Admin, first with legal sanctions and later by making hints on the line of "I know where your father lives".

I do not know how truthful the whole story is, as I have pointed out this site is a comedy site. But if it is true then the people working at Ultimate Creations, Inc. seem to be as crazy as their boss.

To watch it you have to have VIP access to the site. Which means you pay $30 basically.

I do not know whether this is a dumb question, but I will ask anyway, because a man must not shy away from asking dumb questions:

Why exactly is the Ultimate Warrior's great return to wrestling happening in Spain, of all places?

It would have seemed more appropriate for someone of U. Warrior's class to make such an important move in his home country, would it not?

Maybe he is a little cautious about how successful things will be, and if his return turns out to be an epic failure he can go back to the US and say "What happens in Europe stays in Europe" and hope nobody brings it up again.

On June 25, he finally made his return to pro wrestling, challenging Orlando Jordan for the NWE Heavyweight championship. He defeated Jordan for the title, but Warrior immediately vacated the title, so it can determine a new champion in a tournament.
