| I'm gonna go right ahead and say it here. I'm a mark when it comes to Hogan.
So maybe he wasn't the greatest technical wrestler ever (maybe lol) but he was still fantastic IMO. His match with Andre the Giant at Wrestlemania 3 was pretty amazing but to me he was at his best in WCW. His NWO heel turn was beautiful and later, the build up to Starrcade 97 was incredible and better than any Wrestlemania main event build up I've ever seen. The match was quality too. More recently the classic at Wrestlemania X8 was amazing too. It's the most mental I've ever seen a crowd go.
But his most recent fights have been pretty shit. The Orton and HBK matches were both very ordinary. And the less said about Mr.America the better. He's also vowed (again) never to work with WWE but we all know if the moneys right he'll do it, especially with all his recent problems. Trouble is, would the WWE want him? Or even TNA who he almost joined before.
I can't think why either company would though. Sadly, he just doesn't interest people any more. The generation who could appreciate him and ignore his wrestling have all but gone. Today's crowd would seriously not like watching this old man blunder about "hulking up". Plus who would he fight? The only match I could see that would attract any interest (from the current roster) is Cena. But that is still highly unlikely. There's also the Hogan Austin thing but that is also doubtful and to be honest, I really can't see Austin taking it. He knows when it's time to stop. Hogan should have stopped after Wrestlemania X8.
I hope we've seen the last Hulk match because I can see a disaster. He's been going a long long time on relatively little actual wrestling talent and I don't think he can pull of another good match.
Can anyone see a future for Hogan in wrestling?

| He could still face Ric Flair. Let it be a"Who dies first"-match, or possibly "Artificial hip joint on a pole".
This would have the added bonus that they could both have a (-nother) huge comeback, and the loser could have a (-nother) touching farewell video-package.
