Anyone seen them mini TNA spots there showing. Some are done in the manly way with that TNA voice bigging up the stars but there's others which are just a total rip from the attitude era. It has Kurt Angle in the dark talking about all his broken bones and sacrifices. I can't find that particular one yet, but this is what it's a rip off from.

Yeah, that's one of them. There doing individual ones now though that are even more similar. I've seen one from Booker T and Angle so far. I don't know why they bothered, it seems to be a copy but it wasn't really that good in the first place.

i haven't seen any of the individual ones yet. I think it just shows TNA lack of experience when it comes to worldwide marketing, so they thought they would try and replicate old wwf stuff and hope know one notices

In what way?
TNA has better high paced action where as WWE has the drama factor, you cant just say WWE is better
Why do people like you even come onto a DISCUSSION board when all of your comments that i have seen are less that ten words?!

it's shocking that TNA is copying WCW considering that Vince Russo ran WCW!!!

To be fair WWE copy WCW and ECW themselves on many occasions and at one point WWE copied TNA with the Colin Delany getting bandaged up completely like Shark boy did.
As for the Kurt Angle advert/spot you mentioned, he isn't really copying WWE really by telling his life story as everyone does that.

It was just the style, suspiciously similar. Still, why not nick a few things. DX were a total rip of NWO but not many complain about that.
Anyway, TNA practically is WCW, in a good way. It reminds me of WCW in so many ways. The commentary, the matches, the style of arena and even the roster are all very similar to WCW before they turned shit.

People dont complain about WWE copying stuff is becaause for a while WWE was the only big brand so people now think all ideas were started by WWE and no-one else!

yea spose it all comes full circle with the arguement of stealing ideas...mind you when wwe was the only big brand, nothing ingenius or controversial was going down ...it was all pretty much easy going family based stuff.........i reckon wcw/ecw were the 1st mainstream-type promotions (im sure the indies were at it 1st) to really start dealing in more talked about storylines and stuff......as up until about 96....wwe was uber family based i think.
