it sounds like you're supposed to lose to Owens lol. Does it punish you like a bitch if you lose like last year? Because having a goal to win every match is boring. If you can take a loss, but have a chance at redemption, or if heel get dq'd now and then it will be a lot better than last year where you just fail and move on to the pointless matches.

Finally got to play it last night. Just played a few 1v1 matches, a bit of the Austin mode and tried online too...:

Hated the new submission thing. I lost on an armbar in under a minute as I had no idea what I was supposed to do.
Not too keen on the pinning thing either. I generally miss a kick-out on one as the first thing goes too quickly.
Edge looks nothing like he should!

On the plus side:
I like the revised reversal system. not just being able to button mash a reversal makes it more tactical than before.
the Austin mode is great. I'd forgotten how awesome he was, until they started playing the videos.
I managed to play online, and even beat someone.
Arnie is amazing. Amazing!
I love the depth of the roster, and some of the people in it. I can't wait to unlock Ken Shamrock.

Once I get used to the pinning and submissions systems, I'm going to love this game.

I've noticed repeatedly going for pins and the opponent kicking out at 2 gives them momentum so I only try to go for pins when their health bar is in the red.

I know what you mean Grecian, i keep thinking I'm going to get caught out when I'm in a submission or being pinned. Been caught twice now by the pin. I keep thinking you have to release in the green area but this time you have to press the button when you enter it.

Stone Cold's showcase has been good so far, if it's quite in depth I might just get the dlc that is coming out soon.

What consoles are people playing on? PS3 or PS4?

Xbox one. I wouldn't recommend getting 2k16 on the xbox 360/ps3 as some features like career mode have been dropped from last generation's editions.

Just began a feud with Kevin Owens who is the current NXT Champion.

I hate the submission system. Played one match for 45 minutes, Lesnar vs Zack Ryder to get a submission win. Put Ryder in 20+ submission attempts, with no luck.

First time he put me in, I couldn't get the damned thing to work, and tapped. Infuriating.
