WWE is in a weird transition period at the moment. There's still Cena, Orton and Sheamus, but over the past few months, the young guys have started to be booked really strongly and really well.
Daniel Bryan is on the push of his life, is probably the most over guy in wrestling at the moment and is surely being lined up for a WWE title run. The Shield are being booked well, Ambrose and Rollins are just as good as everyone thought they'd be (look up Rollins vs Daniel Bryan from Raw a few weeks back, a truly stunning match) and Roman Reigns doesn't look out of place with them. Ziggler's stepped up, turned face but needs clean wins. Curtis Axel is this month's Jack Swagger, suddenly got a monster push out of nowhere, not too sure he's ready for it at all.
Nothing happens on Smackdown in terms of storyline progression, but the matches are all pretty good.
Raw is definitely worth watching, last week's show was pretty damned good indeed. Chuck in the next PPV being MITB which is one of the better ones, and the potential for Summerslam to be flat-out epic (Punk vs Lesnar has been teased, possibly Cena vs Bryan, something involving Vince and Triple H, Undertaker and Kane vs Shield), definitely worth a watch!
