| Just been annopunced John Terry has quit international football, the day before his FA meet to discuss the whole Anton Ferdinand racism charges.
Attention-seeking bastard, doing it the day before. Either that or he knows he's getting found guilty, and is quitting before the FA issue a lifetime international ban or something.

| Yeah he's a cunt I will agree with you on that. Forgot the hearing was tomorrow, convenient to say the least.
If The FA and Roy Hodgson come in for Rio and ask him to play I hope he tells them to fuck off after the way he's been treated.

| he couldn't be found guilty on the evidence presented for a criminal offense, the FA aren't doing a criminal case, the courts admitted the words were said but in what context is why they couldn't find him guilty.
Caulker for England!! | |

| about fucking time, still shocked he went this long. Especially after germany showed him up, experienced yet can't lead a back line unless it's parked on 18 yards or deeper.
Regarding the case, he wanted to get a reaction on the pitch and he did so. And the FA can charge him for that with various sportsmanship rules that don't apply to actual law.

| - Quote :
- Chelsea captain John Terry has been banned for four matches and fined £220,000 following an incident involving QPR defender Anton Ferdinand.
The Football Association has found Terry guilty of a charge of misconduct. In July, Terry was cleared in court of racially abusing Ferdinand.
A statement from Terry's management read: "Terry is disappointed that the FA Regulatory Commission has reached a different conclusion to the clear not guilty verdict of a court of law."
It continued: "He has asked for the detailed written reasons of the decision and will consider them carefully before deciding whether to lodge an appeal."
Just hours before the hearing began, Terry, 31, retired from international duty, claiming the FA hearing had made his position with England "untenable".

| I'd love it if Anton Ferdinand suddenly got called up to replace him...
Plus i's nice for Terry to actually be found guilty of something. Most of the crap he's pulled over the years he seems to get away with, nice for the FA to finally call him on something.
