He'll do well as someone's number one if he stays fit. I'd take Michael Owen. Getting on a bit and injury prone but play as you play. Guarentee'd 10 goals a season if fit.

| Jussi Jaaskelainen could still do a job for a lot of Premiership clubs.
For Exeter, I'd take Oscar Janssen from Spurs. He's a keeper, came to us on loan a couple of years back, and looked good. Saying that, bearing in mind we have an absolute twat as our keeper, I'd take Heskey and bang him in goal.

| Pogrebnyak and Rodallega look like they'd be useful for Premiership teams.
Realistically for Charlton I'd take Danny Murphy back as he still a lot to offer in the Championship plus his experience would be useful but he'd have to take a large paycut. Also, despite the fact they are both ex-Palace players I'd like Chris Powell to look at Fitz Hall and Tom Soares too.

| But on a free and I can't imagine his wages would be too bad I'd snap him up as a good backup if I were a Spurs or an Arsenal | |

| I thought that too but looked on wikipedia and he signed a contract there till the end of the season, maybe he was a loan with his contract coming up at the end of the season wherever he was from? | |

| I don't think Ledley King has been released by Spurs yet.
For United, i'd take Drogba or Kalou. Both good players, understand why Drogba left but Kalou being released is an odd one.

| what has Jol got against Danny Murphy?! He want's to get into managment but has at least one more year before he can no longer run i'd have thought (he doesn't exactly get back quick now when a move breaks down though, to a fair), so maybe he has hit the drop off point. If so I hear league one is nice and relaxing. Shame davis has been so good in a way as i think dario has always seen murphy and lunt as two that could return to coach and manage.
Wouldn't mind rhys taylor from chels as he had a good season on loan once lots of league one teams will be looking at him i'd imagine as it's free. Ah league one may just say it once more, sounds good. Plenty of good prem players in that list though, southampton could do with juicey in goal, can't see current keeper (davis i think) taking prem by storm. qpr need a gk, might pay big wages for gordon
