I never said this season

This season our squad has been blighted by injuries, we've always had 2 starting defenders out and of course Nicky. Millen has proven somewhat a dark horse in the transfer market the signings of Jon Stead and Brett Pitman have been key to us not still being in the relegation zone, he has forged a good relationship with Harry Redknapp shown by us recieving Danny Rose (who it appears we may potentially be signing in the summer) as well as Steven Caulker who from what i have seen of his performances next year can pretty much guarantee he will be a premier league star in a few years. Steve Coppell left us in an absalute mess and Millen has done well so far to keep us out of the drop zone, if we survive the drop this season i can see Millen doing well again in the transfer market in the summer and having us back inside the top ten, with or without a fit Maynard.

We showed in our first year that we were capable of a push towards the premier league, now our squad has improved immencly i can see no reason why we cannot again next season.

Admittidly we will definitly lose Caulker from that team and potentially Rose however Millen has said he wants to sign a new left back (moving Fontaine back to CB) as well as a creative midfielder. With which i would be confident that we would stand a good chance of a play offs push.

thought so mackem!! Saw that fuller was leaving, quick look at bbc and its for you. Then i remember bruce saying He wants a short term solution. Now fuller is a shite, fights own team mates, but if it's for under 5 million and you sell on to a championship club for about 2 after youve sorted the team out, it may be okay. He obviously has talent, just let his mug ways get in the way, atleast its not el haj diouf

Fuller could do ok short term. I think I'd rather have Tuncay.

Local paper says we are on the verge of signing that PSG play - snegsson i think his name - for £4.25million.

thats quite cheap for a player of his quality, has he fallen out with the psg manager or something

Adomah's a quality player. Saw him playing against Exeter a while back, and he just tore us apart.

Caulker, according to a Brizzle City fan I work with, will play for England. He's supposed to be awesome.

He went on strike last week apparently saying he wanted to leave. I started training with them again when the bid was accepted. I don't condone that. I just hope he doesn't do the same with us in the future.

I done think Steve Bruce is the type of person who tapps up players - well I haven't heard of anything like that regarding transfers.

I'm sure he just made a bid for him, PSG rejected, the player got wind and spat his dummy out.
