Rey Mysterio Suffers Another Injury & WWE Stars Working Hurt

Rey Mysterio has recovered from his recent ear infection but has been having shoulder problems this past week. Rey visited Dr. James Andrews who diagnosed the injury as a tear, but didn't feel like Rey needed surgery.

Rey was told he needed rehab on the shoulder and that he needed to take a few weeks off. Rey still worked this past weekend and the SmackDown tapings. Rey's match with Alberto Del Rio at TLC was originally planned to be a Ladder Match but that was changed due to the injury.

Several other WWE stars are currently working banged up. One wrestler notes that a lot of the talents need time off and this year they don't have the usual Christmas break that they've had in the past.

bit harsh. He has probably been the stand out pay per view performer of the past 2 years minus Chris Jericho.

not within the last year though, with the new guys coming through and how regularly Rey is injured it's time for him to go i feel, also the fact he isn't keen on putting guys over too much is another reason ala Ziggler where he refused to drop the belt to him and then when he got suspended said he would drop it to Morrison instead out of the blue. Just don't find him enjoyable to watch anymore as his stuff now seems to repetitive and we see the same stuff from him all the time.

It's your opinion fair enough but I have to disagree. The 619 isn't as impressive as it once was but a lot of Rey's moves are still better than the boring crap half of the roster give us, Orton for example.

fair enough, i just believe he's gotten stale, not just in the ring but during promos...sympathetic crowd wooing, then ramble off into spanish to get people cheering, then saying how he will beat them at the next ppv or whatever. Also i'm bored of watching him win over and over and over and over (survivor series being an example).....well you get my point.

His promos are shit, I agree with you there.
