Samoa Joes TNA Future, More on MVP's release, Batista

- According to multiple sources, Samoa Joe's TNA contract has expired.

It's expected the former TNA Champion will work tonight's Final Resolution PPV and this week's tv tapings while both parties work negotiating a new deal.

Joe joined TNA in 2005.

- When asked if he would announce again, Joey Styles responded on Twitter with: "I don't miss broadcasting WWE. If I ever announce again, it will only be for MMA; nothing competitive to WWE. I love WWE.COM." He also mentioned that he was a "non-contracted" employee for the official WWE website.

- Former WWE star Batista has a role in The Scorpion King 3 movie, which is currently filming in Thailand.

-- Chavo "Classic" Guerrero, Sr. gave his thoughts on WWE signing the daughter of the late Eddie Guerrero, Shaul Marie Guerrero, to a developmental contract.

"My dad never approved of women wrestlers," he told Monday Night Mayhem. "Put it this way: Shaul is going to be the first Guerrero woman to get into the business. If I thought like before, if I thought like the way my father thought, I would be not really too much into the idea, but times change. If that’s what my niece wants to do, then I have the full support of her. I appreciate the WWE taking her in, and giving her the opportunity, and paying her to train, which is even better. It's going to be up to her to get better and better everyday."

Makes sense - this way, he's the only free agant and TNA don't have to choose between him and 4 or 5 other low card nobodies.

TNA would be stupid letting Joe go, although he's been used badly he is still one of their biggest assets

I'd love Joe to go to WWE now. When his contract last expired in 2006, I was glad he stayed with TNA (I have a feeling he'd have ended up playing Umaga), but him on Smackdown now would be awesome.

A Smackdown midcard/ main event of him, Edge, Mysterio, Ziggler, Kingston, Undertaker, Christian, Del Rio... some fantastic sounding matches in there.

i remember his rant he had at dixie at a ppv once ran over time and cut the main event time down

I'd like to see him go to WWE to be honest. I think on SD he'd do well but knowing WWE they'd to him to sort out his physique
