PG WWE will not go away just because Linda isn't a politician anymore, the Attitude Era was the exception, PG is what Vince wants WWE because it appeals to a much larger market, and the amount of deals such as Mattel, and others are too big to turn down.

Ahh, but can't you argue the attitude era was a direct follow on from the early 90's?
I don't know if it was PG, but early 90's certainly was "soft". Is there not an argument that the 90's built up an audience, then turned "naughty" as their audience grew up?

I cant see them going straight back to Extreme television straight away but I can see them bringing back some stuff like blood eventually.
Personally I think the only time the PG era has really been a large detriment to the company and product is on the gimmick ppvs like Hell In a Cell, Elimination Chamber and Extreme Rules because all of the matches on these ppvs need the violence that they're advertising otherwise they end up in just big farces like most of these have this year. The Hell in a cell matches both this year have been pritty shite in my opinion and the same with the Elimination Chamber matches.

That's what we would hope happened now as well, but I just can't see it. I think they'll keep aiming at the young market for years now.
