Looks superb, new training is what the game has needed for a while. Can't wait.

| This and Civilization 5 are my gaming purchases for the rest of the year.
Goodbye, life (and marriage once Mrs. Grecian clocks me ignoring her and our baby to squeeze in one more match...)

| Shit! Don't change the training, I've got that down perfectly now Dynamic league reputation sounds good though, finally all my hard work at Rangers will actually lead to being able to bring in top quality players, and hopefully so shall the rest of the league to make it an actual challenge. | |

| Looks good. As long as the new features make the leagues and tournaments more challenging. | |

| you have the training nailed down? Its the worst bit of the game. You're a manager and all you do is make it so you have as high a star rating as youre resources allow. And it does it for you. | |

| Well as far as coaches go that's right Sexton, but that's not all there is to training. In order to get the players to progress as quickly as possible, you really need to create seperate training schedules for each position and tinker with the areas to focus on for each schedule and the intensity etc. and there's no star rating indicator for that aspect, it's just trial and error. I'd rather set all that at the start than have to fuck about with it on a week to week basis to be honest anyway. | |

| Looks good to me,I really get bored with the training aspect of it as I'm not really sure what to do so I just leave it on general and see what happens.
I like the sound of "a new match preparation area, where you can get your team to concentrate on special focus areas, and train in specific tactics, in the lead up to a match." Makes it even more realistic.
I don't think that Dynamic League will do me any favours for a few seasons as I always start as the Baggies!

| yeah but its still a bit cop out because as manager you should influence what you actually train them in.
i usually tinker with training for each role, but having your keeper focus more on "goalkeeping" training is hardly realistic as it should be lol
