TNA president Dixie Carter created a lot of buzz last month on Twitter when she teased that her company would — once again — change forever. Carter later clarified her remark, noting that the "change" would not be a specific announcement.
"You will just see for yourselves in the coming weeks," Carter wrote.
Carter's teased surprise that would "change TNA forever" was Paul Heyman, but a deal between both parties could not be reached.
Though a deal was not reached then, it's expected that Heyman will join the company in the near future. TNA officials are reportedly willing to give the former ECW creative director anything he wants in order to have him join their organization.
It's said that TNA's internal condition has hit rock-bottom over the last few weeks. Many within the company feel they need a savior and the only person who fits the bill is Heyman.

| As long as hayman is given full creative control,it would be a great move for tna. I'm a massive fan of haymans work and he could certinley add to tna's creative department. My only fear would be russo and easy E there interfearing and not allowing hayman to work his magic. | |

| He doesnt need to work from the ground up like he did with ECW though does he. Everything is already in place he just needs to get the best out of what they have, not make a new promotion. | |

| TNA are very close to being in serious financial trouble, and if he is put in complete creative control, there is every chance that he could make it worse, one storyline that is too big, or trying to keep people by putting them on silly wages etc, etc.
That's why I think Heyman could do much better in WWE, if they gave him creative control, because it's basically like he has a blank cheque.

| Paul Heyman is a damned good booker, and not so great as a businessman. If he went to TNA, he'd smarten up the storyline and wrestling side of things, that bringing in Hogan and Bischoff hasn't. He'd have Dixie there to rein in the business side of things, and as long as he had no say on the financial side of things, he could be the best thing to happen to TNA. | |

Well I think if he does go then it would be to book the show not sign the pay cheques

Well I think if he does go then it would be to book the show not sign the pay cheques I guess it depends on how much influence he would have, for example, he pushes TNA to sign a certain talent, who demands a lot of money and Heyman says that it will work, they might do it. I think a big thing would be whether Heyman is signed to Spike or to TNA.
